West Marine

Live down the road from this store. West Marine has a rep for being overpriced but it is not terrible considering the cost of convenience and compared to most Marine shops. Their service is pretty poor though. Most associates are helpful only when you go up to them and ask specifically for help. Many of them lack common manners such as saying how may I help you, thank you, or have a nice day. It's advisable in today's climate to hire and empower manners and respect in a service industry. Box stores are dying and with Amazon Prime and Overtons, west will find themselves disappearing quickly.

Oh my gosh did not know all the fun things West Marine sold, had so much fun browsing, Sperry shoes on sale, cutsie items to wear to the boat, friendly staff we will be back♡♡♡

Excellent service. Now that they will price match with online prices, they have gone waaaay up in stock, in my opinion.

This is a particularly clean, well-stocked and well-staffed West Marine.
