Helpful and usually knowledgeable staff. Typical of chain stores, they don't carry certain brands of things because they have their own West Marine brand.

Ridiculously expensive. Only two young inexperienced employees on staff. I was advised if I needed expert advice I should come back on a Friday! That's the last time I visit brick and mortar... West Marine values its customers so much they basically want them to solve their own problems in store... so sad.

nice location ridiculously expensive and they know it. Thats why they wont price match defender claiming only stores within a 50 mile radius.. I wont even buy screw there now just on principal..
