One of my favorite places for boat stuff including clothing and accessories. Inventory is a little light but it’s a very nice store with good prices and helpful staff

They had what I needed. Price was similar to Amazon. I had a super easy return here a few months ago. Much better than trying to return a mail order item. Friendly local people employed here.

Yeah this west marine is great if you enjoy sitting on the phone for a half hour waiting for someone to answer a simple question…

It's wise to call ahead in order to ensure that the item you want is in stock. Very pricey! You will quickly come to agree with those who say that BOAT actually stands for "Break Out Another Thousand". Still, where else are you going to go??

Scrambling on a Saturday with limited free time to find the proper wire and some connectors for a project on my boat. Called around most places totally clueless or didn’t have anything. Talked to Bob on the phone he knew exactly what I was looking for, took the time to check to see if they physically had enough wire there. Drove an hour and change to get everything I needed. All the employees were polite but not annoying. Clean store - great customer service. Thanks again Bob!

Was in the market for a fishfinder for my kayak and "jenn" helped me out and answered all my questions,,,she was very knowledgeable with the products and i was thrilled with my purchase!!!!!!!

Do not work for this place. My daughter put in her two weeks notice and the manager Bob hung up on her. How unprofessional! I will never do business here again. FYI I belong to a yacht club and I will be letting every one I know there about this!

Fast friendly service, helped me get what I was looking for and out the door in a few minutes. I had to make a return on the same trip and had no issues at all. Thank you.

Staff needs to be more helpful and knowledgeable.

Good for some marine supplies. They don't stock very many items. You have to go on line for some things.
