Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They carry most items you need to maintain and operate your watercraft.
Store hours listed are incorrect. Drove an hour over here today and they are closed with “winter hours” on the door.
Derek is always a great source of information for doing your own boat repairs. This is a smaller store. The staff that work here are wonderful.
Went to West Marine today for the first time since the shutdown. They do require a mask to enter and they have good social distancing layout and direction throughout the store. Selection is full and the staff is ready to help. Great to have them back.
The staff was friendly and helpful but the place like looked like it was pretty cleaned out. The employees where extremely apologetic about the low inventory. They did have what I was looking for.
Customer service is rough. They're not unfriendly, just tough to deal with. You feel like you're bothering them.
This store doesn't have the variety that the main one has, but does have a lot.
The follow up phone call with additional information was helpful and much appreciated. We'll be back!
