This clinic has helped me stay off heroin for over 4 years! Helped me get my life together! But I do have to say the staff is horrendous! It's nothing but a job and money for them! Your recovery doesn't mean a thing. Only good people that work in the building is security!!

When signing up process was easy. Just come in between 7am-10am. Only thing is you have to give urine sample and then WAIT a few days for them to call you back. So if you are struggling its unfortunate they make you wait days before getting medicated. Other than that from what I've seen and heard, typical clinic.

I have been a client for only about a month or so, and I have to say that this clinic isbrun professionally, efficiently, and also extremely importantly: with kindness and understanding. I'm in the process for signing up for 2 weekly outpatient groups to further help me in my path to recovery and keep me focused.  Obviously, there will always be drama and conflict and everything else that comes with serious drug addiction-lets not forget, this is a methadone program.  Its unspokenly expected that there'll be issues,hence security guards and a no loitering zone like most other methadone programs also instill.  If you're in here to save your life from the abusive and painful cycle of drug addiction, I've yet to see a clinic with the vast medical and social services on site.  I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with opiate addiction and is finally ready to quit.  Also, its location is right around the block from Penn Station, so its an extremely quick and convenient commute.

Well..You must be a street addict to receive help here. The thousands of us who have been under a doctors care for medical reasons. Who are being forced off that medical care due to Pressure from the government to stop prescribing opiates. Have been taking opiates with a good quality of life for over 35 years.  I would say I am quite addicted to opiates but I don't deserve help from this so called caring facility.  Hence forth I will Lie cheat, do whatever I must to survice… Being truthful..I guess is a sign of weakness.....Maybe Trump has something after all...I never though so before ***Lady I spoke with did seem caring and sympathetic but was not in a position to do anything.

Used to be the LAST RESORT for all methadone drop outs...Now staff is polite, professional,and caring without being OVERBEARING. I am happy l switched BUT do need to modernize type of meth given,  still using orange diskettes/ white when majority NY uses cherry liquid dispensed by computer

Though it's probably not as professional as a Hospital's Maintenance Clinic, and certainly not as clean, not as up-to-date, & an older building, it's about what you'd expect for a Methadone Clinic.  Most of the Staff is pretty nice, too. Oh, & if you don't want to do Methadone Maintenance, they offer Suboxone, too!  Plus, the TWO MAJOR Positives about it, over other Clinics, are: 1: it has the Methadone Wafers you can choose between the White or the Orange ones, as opposed to the Syrup!  & 2: It has the some of if not THE MOST Convenient Hours - open Weekdays from 7, or 7:30am-5:30pm, and Saturdays it's open from 7, or 7:30am-12pm!   The only thing is, on Weekdays, they're closed for an hour, between 2:30p-3:30p, but that's no big deal, IMHO, seeing as they're open until 5:30p!  I wouldn't recommend using their Psychiatrist, though - IF they even still have one!!!  All in all, I wouldn't switch Clinics for the life of Me! & I'm SUPER Happy with my Counselor, Dorian - would TOTALLY Recommend him to Everyone!!!

I called 3 times attempting to speak with an operator. It rang infinitely twice. The third time someone picked up and hung up right away without saying anything.

Terrible clinic they give no help they told me I was excepted and then the day of they called back and told me I wasn’t do not go here find a different clinic complete Medicaid fraud

Very good staff from case workers to nurses .doctors and even security guards. I recommend to anybody want to recover from addiction.

Has helped more than I can say after moving from west coast to NYC , it has its ups and  downs but you will eventually get what you requested, have patience.abd respect
