I cancelled this in 2018 yes 4 years ago, they continued to charge me. They confirmed cancelled as well via email. They reported it 4 years may 2022 later on my credit report. Shady And unethical business practices

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN SIGNING UP FOR SOMETHING. They will NOT let you cancel without paying a ridiculous amount even if you have a major life changing event! Do not even BOTHER explaining your circumstances they will just tell you they have to STICK to their “POLICY” and it’s not clear what you will have to pay just to get out of something you can’t use! This place is getting over $400 from me when I have not been able use it once! I am beyond livid and feel as if all they care about is money and not personal well-being. Their website for sign up is also very deceiving.. “Join without commitment get started today” Unbelievable.

Love my gym. Convenient location. Welcoming staff. Equipment upgrades when needed. Good workout environment.

Between the apathetic staff and the sheer volume of payment, West O Fitness is a scam. Their attatchments for certain machines are plastic. Even their clips have found a way to be outdated. The only redeeming quality of this shabby gym is the hoist machines. These are of good quality, and I genuinely enjoyed using them. I honestly would've given a higher rating if the staff just didnt exist.

Took a class. great instructor. Class room was very small. Compared to maple and I thought they were busier. Wish Maple location had more class times

West O Fitness is amazing! I've been going here for a year now, and it is easily my favorite gym. There is plenty of cardio machines if that's your thing. I'm more of a free weight person and there's lots to use. Rarely do I ever have to wait for something and if I do, I never have a problem finding an alternative exercise. The facility clean and the staff is super friendly. Also the price Is affordable and I have access 24 hours a day.

Could have better lighting, just send kind of dark inside. Younger crowd.

Staff is super helpful with questions, but also leaves you to do your workout in peace. Love the environment! Similar to every gym, there are busy time frames, yet it never seems over-crowded. Great place!

Tried canceling 2 memberships back in September. Then in October we were hit with $90 for yearly maintenance fees. I called down to talk to manager and he said we should not be charged and they would send us a check. The check never came and then in December they started charging our bank account again. I tried going in to gym but was told that manager was no longer there and no one would help and left info for manager but never called back. I called them 2 days later and talked to manager and she said she would investigate and call me back in hour but never did. I called back later that day and was told she left for day. Finally got the cell number of the owner but he was no help either and did not seem concerned about our billing issues. Manager finally called me back the next day with allot of excuses and telling me they weren't refunding my "yearly' dues or what they were charging me in December. Was told that even though it is a '30 day notice' for cancellation that depending on when you do it they still can charge you 2 months dues after that which seems dishonest. Staff never calls back and seem disorganized or just don't care. My advice would be to not go to this gym but if after reading this you still decide to, don't give them your bank info, only credit card so you can cancel your card if you are treated like I was. Allot of good gyms in West O so shop around.
