West Side Dental Clinic

i was not even given an examination. the doctor tried to perscribe mouthwash for me and said it would be a bandaid. i asked her in explicit terms "where can i go to seek help" and she said she didnt know how booked out they were and to call my insurance and see where it was accepted. I am let down.

I went here first in 2011 when I was out of a job - They took care of my teeth well on a sliding fee scale so I continued after I had insurance. I've seen 3 dentists since then. They and the hygenists and office staff have all been great. Conservative decent care. Dr. Simone is wonderful.

Dr. Ifeoma Okeke did a filling on my daughter today, she was so caring and explained all the tools being used to my daughter. At the end of the procedure my daughter asked to see the result and was very thankful for the wonderful job done.

The dentist didn’t even listen to what I have to say. Told me to take the same medication I been on that isn’t working. I wasted my time coming here only to still be in pain. I do not recommend coming here unless you absolutely need to
