Rented for a baby shower, comes with plenty of tables and chairs, bathrooms, refrigerator and sink. My only two complaints were 1) The amount of material that is permanently there, bulletin board filled with papers, books lining the windows. 2) they tell you not to use scotch tape to hang decorations even though the walls are in horrible shape. If your not looking for something fancy, this is a great cheap solution for hosting events for a group of 30-60 people.
