I liked the program. At first it was difficult coming off the sugar & caffeine with withdrawls for about 4 days. The program helped me be disciplined. You eat regular foods. I started out at 204 and now I'm at 175.  I loved weighing everyday and seeing the numbers on the scale go down. Fantastic program!

I completed the 42 day plan and consider it successful with mt 30 lb lost.  I found that following the plans formula of size portions of meat, vegetable, and fruit on a rotating basis to be a filling daily input.  The weight started to drop quickly.

I've been off the plan for over two months and have been able to maintain my lowest weight with an occasional 3 lb gain.  I have return to eating many of my starches, oils, and even processed foods during this period.  I suspect that I could continue my weight loss if I would drop these foods and again follow the diet plan more closely.

I began the NutriMost program in September of 2014. I had been in the gym 6 days a week in the two months prior to beginning this program and had lost 10lbs. NutriMost changed my life. I was an athlete in high school and was consistently 180lbs and in great shape. After college and graduate school, I had gained A LOT of weight and was 240lbs at the time I started NutriMost. After 40 days, I weighed 196lbs! This is the most complete weight-loss program I've ever seen. As a chiropractic physician, participating in a program that is safe, doctor supervised and NATURAL was very important to me. The first week of the program was difficult, I'm not gonna lie, but after that first week my body started to burn fat like crazy and I started to feel like my old self. Because of NutriMost, I lost almost 6 inches in my waist, dropped from 32% to 17% body fat and lost a total of 44lbs. Now that I'm back in shape, I am playing in an alumni football game in May! YOU HAVE TO DO THIS.

I have had weight issues for over 30 years. I've tried tons of diets. Nutrimost gave me quick results and I didn't crave any of the foods I needed to stay away from for the 40 days. I was able to lose 34 pounds in my 40 day round of Nutrimost. I've maintained my weight for a month now. I am hoping to do another round as my long term goal is to lose a total of 90 pounds. I highly recommend Dr. Chuck and his staff.

This is the most awesome weight loss program I've seen in 25 years. I personally lost 20 pounds in 20 days and I've been able to keep it off for over a year. It's guaranteed and proven extremely effective... You gotta check it out!
