I came into the West Village Dental Studio as a visitor from California to have my gold crown re-cemented which popped off while flossing. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Arturo took excellent X-rays before Dr. Klose came in to assess what needed to be done. It was clear I would need a new crown. I was given the option to have the crown temporarily re-cemented or to have a new crown made before returning to California. I opted to wait until I returned. The crown was cemented and my bite adjusted….I was happily on my way. I didn’t mention to the staff that I was a retired dental hygienist. I would highly recommend Dr. Klose to anyone looking for an excellent dentist and staff.
A incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Klose and her hygienists take great care of my teeth. I appreciate the thorough exams, cleanings and care they provide. James is fantastic. He’s friendly and extremely efficient at setting up appointments and discussing financials. If anything the improve with every visit! I recommend them without hesitation.
**WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD DO NOT GO HERE. The dental hygienist was falling asleep while cleaning my teeth. The doctor filed my front tooth too short and uneven - it is VERY noticeable I had perfect teeth before I went in for a routine check up. I now need to go to a cosmetic dentist to get this fixed and it will cost thousands.
Staff very friendly. Implantation experience was bad, didn’t solve my issue at all. I think it was largely due to Dr. Klose lack of experience in this specific field. But other simpler dental issues are fine to be taken care of at this place.
Dr. Klose is a lovely dentist & her team is very nice. Super professional; & she helps me make my teeth pretty & healthy.
From administrative processes with James, to being cared for by Dr Klose with her assistant Arturo, I was treated with the utmost respect, care & professionalism; all with good humor & TLC... Ps my teeth are now happy teeth!!!
Always careful technicians. Friendly and skilled. Appt always starts on time. James is a reassuring beginning to the visit-- patient and fun. He makes my day!

I’ve never looked forward to an appointment at the dentist until I started going to WV Dental Studio. The staff makes this place. Everyone is incredibly kind and pays special attention to what makes you unique as a patient. Thank you James and Kathy for especially doing this for me! James also made everything about services and associated fees extremely clear, and Kathy — I’ve never had such thorough cleaning and education, thank you!
Dr. Klose and her staff are knowledgeable and professional yet also friendly and kind. I've been a patient for years now and not once have I waited more than three minutes for my scheduled appointment. They've mastered the process of getting clients through the process effectively yet you never feel you're being rushed. I've also noticed virtually no turnover in staff which means they work well together and seem to have a "patient first" approach toward their work. Dr. Klose is just lovely with a calm demeanor that puts you at ease. If you're looking for a new dental practice, I highly recommend the team at West Village Dental Studio. Just give James a call and he'll take it from there!
