Please do not give this company a deposit for any work. The company will gladly come to your home and quote you a price to do your job ... sign a contract for the work and give you a date to install ... take your money for half down.... and then you will anxiously wait while they fabricate your fence ... you will spend ten thousand dollars putting up brick to hold the fence ... and then they will not show up as scheduled to install your fence ... and they won't even answer the phones or return your phone calls to tell you what the problem is..... suddenly your salesman no longer answers his phone and the office is forwarded to a cell phone that is answered by a young girl who will tell you that she only answers the phones and can't answer any questions. So now we have no choice but to hire an attorney and file a law suit. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. They will cash your check and you will never hear from them again.

Called Western Iron for a security door and Harold came out to give me an estimate. I paid him 1.2 down and he said it would be 2-3 weeks before the door was compete. It was Nov. 23, it was 3 weeks yesterday, the girl that answers the phone doesn't know and can't get in touch with Harold. Called back today, the owner's wife is suppose to call me, still no answer to where my security door is. This sounds very similar to the other review that they say wasn't a customer. I gave them a check for $1250.00 on the 23 of Nov. and I can't get in touch with anyone who knows where my door is. Please don't use these people.

I originally found this company on line and the technician they sent Crispin was very courteous and professional. I needed a fence for my dog run and they were very accommodating even for my small job. After a few scheduling conflicts we were able to get the fence installed and Zeus and Thor are very happy.

Western Iron Enterprises installed our courtyard fencing and gates. They provided quality workmanship, were on time, honest, friendly, and provided a product of high standard. We loved working with them and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Western Iron Enterprises!

They are no longer in business since December 2016. Person came to my home and asked for a percentage for the job. only accepted cash or money order Red flag Turns out the city stated that they were not in business. Had to get money back from their bond. Always check through the city to see if a company is still in business and never give them cash or money order.

orderd door 11-10-15.did not get door until 12-18-15,owner said she would refund me 50% of the bill and also left me voice mail mess saying the same on 12-27-15. have tried several times to settle this with owner but nothing, no refund..

Go elsewhere! Terrible /sloppy job done on my two doors. No answer our phone calls. This company should closed down and it's business license be revoked.

Awful customer service. Took them weeks to return my calls. Western iron is a joke. Go elsewhere
