Western Laundry Mats

I think the owner/manager has a tough job trying to realize who’s going to mess up their laundromat and who’s there for business. She was extremely nice to me. Helped me use all the machines, gave me a cart to go outside and get my clothes. She even let me use a microwave to make my lunch. I’m a cross country truck driver and I really appreciated her being nice to me.

I go here for the Megaload washer when I need to wash my heavy duty comforter. The attendant is nice and opens on time and the place is kept very clean.

Very clean. Machines work well, and clearly marked if the don't. They have free wifi. I just wish they opened at 5am or 6am.

Dryers don't work good. Bathrooms are ALWAYS SUPPOSEDLY OUT OF SERVICE! I think they just don't want people to use them . So they don't have to clean them. I was here last night a lady was using the big washers and a couple stopped working. The attendant would not refund the lady's money. They kept bs'ing her telling her to come tomorrow for her $15 refund! Bad service! All around.

I love the technology changes they made with the cards. It is a tap card versus swipe. The swipe before you had to swipe 50 times before, finally you can get the washer or dryer to work. Now all you have to do is tap. They always keep the areas clean and the prices are reasonable for washer and dryer use.

In I could give this place a 0 I would. I have been going to the same place for year. Unfortunately I excited to try this place out. The dryer temperature is lowered so that you can keep putting your money in to dry. Or their dryers just don't dry because I had to put them to run about 5 times to dry my clothes. The costumer service is horrible rude and bad attitude. The one star is for the cleanliness. I definitely will never go back and I am tempted to call the BBB. That's how bad my experience was.

The laundry mat was clean when I entered around 4 p.m. or so. There was a helpful attendant who was cleaning a machine. I was dropping off dirty pet laundry for service because at $1/lb., why not? She helped me right away and was nice. I estimated about $15. My sister picked up for me and said it was $25. I said there is no way! I weighed my bag at home on two different scales. Consistently 12lbs on one and 13lbs on the other. Not sure what kind of scale they are using but definitely not even close to 25 lbs. If there is some extra charge for pet hair I wish I knew, because I would've sent my sister with more $$. The service was good. Clean and folded. I don't want to assume an attendant took a 50% tip. The pricing needs to be more transparent.

They have new tap laundry cards with updated card machines, you can use a debt card or cash to add money to laundry card. This place has good prices, it's always clean, they have free wifi just ask for the password the attendant usually types it in, u can watch tv they will change the channel to what ever you want there is always a bi-lingual attendant available.

Maria Castillo working the late shift, sweet lady with short hair, was so kind! She kept the place clean, answered our questions and it was just an enjoyable experience. I did come later at night it felt peaceful, the washing machines are clean, dryers work well. Definitely will come back, would recommend.

this is one clean and friendly atmosphere. I have been to several laundry places by far this establishment is the best. Ms Crystal is not only a clean freak, she will even stay after her shift to make sure that if you drop off laundry to be wash n fold her shift. The fold and clean smell of your return clothing is awesome. Again, Ms Crystal & Staff, Thank you for caring .
