I first saw their work at Anytime Fitness on High Street in Phoenix and after checking the competitions work I reached out to Mark. What a great guy! He came to our store and gave his recommendations. He was so helpful, reliable and honest, I have the best sign on High Street. I couldn’t be happier with his customer service and the install went perfect. The electric was piped very clean. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I was referred to the owner Mark by a friend who had recently used him for a sign. The same day Mark drove to my prospective location and completed a site survey and measurements. He went through the sign criteria furnished by the landlord and put together some initial sketches within 48 hours. He helped me refine the design and was patient and accommodating. I put down my deposit and he applied for the permits and he coordinated all of the approvals. A couple weeks later I moved into my new space and all of my signage was delivered and installed a couple days later. His staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. My business started generating traffic and customers right away. I would highly recommend Western to anyone looking for a sign.

Great response. I requested a quote and got a reply in 2 days with details and very reasonable price. The monument sign was completely installed in 3 days and payment was charged after completion. Larry, the contact person has been very friendly and professionally followed up with the process.

Don't do business with this company. They take forever to get back to you and when they do, they try and rip you off. What a waste of time.
