Westlake Ace Hardware

I rarely visit hardware stores. This was my first visit in many years to this paricular store. I went to the store to look for some screws. The signs on the aisles were clearly labelled and I had no trouble finding the area which had the screws. In addition, it took me less than 10 seconds to find the type of screw that I was looking for. Overall, the store had a nice clean appearance and the cashier greeted me with a smile. My only little critique was that I didn't see the store hours on the entrance doors.

They have about everything you are looking for. They're smaller so they don't carry as much as the depot or Menards. Good garden department. I would say they are a little more pricey but they do have decent sales. The location is very convenient as it's on my way home from work.

Good selection and service. They may not have the volume of a Menards or Lowe's, but if you are looking for something you might find it here. The staff are usually more helpful and knowledgeable than other big box stores. Plus ace stocks craftsman branded tools, so if you need that brand you don't need to go to Sears. If I need some odd item I usually stop here first and usually find it.

Very satisfied. Salesman helped me with right fertilizer and put it into my cart. Sweet young blonde girl carried it out for me and put it in my cart.

They have great flowers,. I was told by a clerk they price match. Judy show the check out the ad. Which was on my phone. Because the price was below 50% their retail they only gave me $10 off the garden clippers.
