Received a bouquet 3 weeks ago that is still beautiful. I appreciate the high quality they provide!

Not even remotely close to what I ordered, wilted flowers, wrong color, browning and delivered an hour and a half after the promised delivery time. I paid $70 and got about $20 worth. Will never use again or recommend.

Service is excellent and so are the flowers. I very much appreciate their service - so easy to work with, helpful to the max.

This is the place I go to for any flower arrangements. Sometimes I have to move quickly to get flowers delivered and they always come through. Great team at the shop and they care about their arrangements and customer service.

Today is my birthday and my mom was having flowers sent as a surprise for me since they live out of town. They asked Westloop Floral to get it to my house by noon since I have class and wouldn't be here for most of the day. Since it was 12:15, my mom called because the flowers were still not delivered and no one answered the phone. At 2 PM the flowers were still not here and she called again, the woman said they would be delivered in the next 15 minutes. My mom told her I was not there and if they could just leave the flowers and balloons on the porch, that would be great. I came home to a delivery notice on my door with a phone number. I called and told my mom this and she was upset because she paid $20.00 for delivery of these flowers. Apparently she also ordered me a balloon bouquet and they charged her for this but the woman on the phone said that there was no balloon bouquet on the order. I feel really bad because my mom was trying to do something nice for my 21st birthday and they ruined her surprise and her order. I still don't have the flowers or balloons, who knows if I will ever get them.
