I came here for a second opinion after a previous dentist told me I had to get an extraction and implant, well I’m so happy I didn’t listen and found Westside Dental! Every member of the staff was extremely nice and professional. Joffry laid out what I needed done and the price, very transparent. Apparently all I needed was a crown. That’s a few thousand dollars different from the extraction and Implant I was previously told I needed. Also I don’t have dental insurance but Joshua was able to help me apply for financing so I can get Invisalign. I also had teeth whitening and wow! I love my smile, I can’t stop smiling! Thank you so much guys! I highly recommend them!
Never thought I would leave a review for a dental office, but Westside Dental was amazing. The facility is very clean and modern. The ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant and very helpful. I had a cleaning with the hygienist, Jacqueline, and she had the gentlest touch! I’ve had cleanings at other offices that were painful and rough. But, Jacqueline was amazing. I will definitely be back, as I am planning to make them my permanent dentist’s office.
Best dental in the UWS! My sister recommended this place. The office is very clean. Dr Atsen is simply the best, he did my fillings with no pain at all, the procedure was explained thoroughly why I needed the treatment. I would highly recommend this dental office! It's also an A+ because they're near the 72nd subway station, very accessible literally 1 minute walk from the subway Go and see for yourself.
The staff at the front desk is friendly and professional. They are a sheer joy to engage with always a smile on their faces.The dental office is clean and welcoming. The dentist, dental associates and dental hygienist are professional and will make you feel at ease which is great if you are nervous about going to the dentist.All work is explained even down to getting x-rays. Notes will be made in your chart about pain tolerance which was a big plus for me. I had a deep cleaning I was shocked that the dental hygienist had given me the needles for the deep cleaning I didn't feel a thing after the numbing gel was applied. Westside Dental is the place to go!
Dr. Guglielmi the oral surgeon, Jefferson the dental assistant, and all the staff are very nice people. They did a beautiful job with my teeth. For a long time I have not felt very confident with my smile, and I must say I have never thought there would be a day where I can smile again. I am very happy with the service and especially with the treatment coordinator Joffry and Joshua who helped me with the finances. I recommend everyone to come here!
Westside Dental used to be the best with Yuri and Dr Lev. It was welcoming, caring and professional. Then management changed after Yuri passed and things began changing and you felt like a number. Again management changed and the atmosphere is at its worst. I'm my visit today, I had concerns with loose implant crown which was done when the practice belonged to Yuri. The current dentist stepped out of the room after examining my tooth and I overheard him saying, "I don't want to have anything to do with this." This new management is blind to any previous work that you did under previous managements. Very unprofessional, very tacky. Goodbye Westside Dental
Even after the new company took over i spend every visit waiting atleast 30-40 min to see someone for scheduled appointments not to mention i will never see the same hygienist or doctor ever. Todays visit sat waiting for 20 min had a 10 min cleaning waited for 30 min for a doctor Heisenberg to do a 10 second look at my teeth and xray to say i am good to go. They are scrambling to see the people they do schedule.
Of course it was great. Staff courteous. But after considering my age, I decided I will just settle for dentures/bridge and not inplants...sustaining a heavy debt is not financially intelligent...WILL BE BACK IN TWO WEEKS
Great & professional service, no extra haggling for services. Give you wants expected. No wait time. I went to another dentist, who had told me I needed service on a tooth. Westside dental told me it’s not true. Thank you
