Best meat market I've been to in years. Professional, family oriented, and their Meats are high quality. The place is super clean! It doesn't even smell "meaty" like other butcher shops. Love this place. Very sad to hear they're closing.

A bit pricey the meats look fresh though. Might try'em out in the future.

Top of the line black own business for fresh meat couldnt get it no better than the "Westside Meat Center" I been with them since 1994 Loved Mom & Dad very kind people always a smile never out of character u tell them u have $25 u take home good food to ur family they worked with you family & workers gonna be missed big time

I love this place. I have been coming here every sense i was a kid. My mother and grandfather would bring me. Now that i am grown i come on my own. They are friendly, the prices are fair. It's a great place to purchase your meats.

I just heard today on the 4pm news .... Wcnc that Westside meats is closing after 57 yrs!! The last day is April 16th!!! Now the people in the community will have no nearby butcher shop!!! I'm so depressed after hearing this today and so, so sorry to see them close. Been shopping there for 20yrs. I'll be there Saturday morning to stick my freezer!!!

WestSide Meats are the best place to go for meat. They have been around for a long time and is still dedicated to the community. They are black owned and has the best prices for good, fresh meat! I love the cleanliness and the professionalism shown each and every time I’m there. I will never buy meat in the grocery store as long as they are standing. I probably have given a review before. Love this meat market. I buy all of my meats there. I drive from Ballantyne to shop there. This week while there Mrs. Coleman noticed my newly braided hairstyle. Just a great polite and friendly place. GOD BLESS!

Great place, they were out of a few things. Sounds like they'll be closing down for good next month after speaking with the owner today3/8/22

Service was amazing. They have meat bundles also known as packages for good low quality prices. I will definitely continue to do my shopping here. The first experience was worth it. Just wish they had a package that didnt include beef and pork in it..
