The moment you walk in Westwood Hospital you see a friendly face and helpful guidance. The staff are all animal people. They care about your needs. The veterinarians are very professional…gentle with our pets and willing listen to our concerns. I trust the care my dog receives for a cost that is fair.
Sarah and Janet are the best. They know and understand Birch and how to handle him. He's a tough customer. The front office staff are awesome, as well. Very friendly and know their patients.
Westwood Animal Hospital in Brownsburg is the best! Caring, great communication, talented staff and were upfront and reasonable with costs. I called at 8 am with a sick kitty. Appointment made for 9am same day. Immediately admitted for life saving procedure. They texted updates and the vets called when decisions/discussions were needed. Costs were discussed and considered and reasonable considering amount time and care involved.
We have been bringing our dog to Westwood for the last 8 years, and the service and quality of care has always been outstanding. They are prompt, attentive, and truly care about the health of our dog. Grateful they’re in our community!
We have had our furry-family with Westwood Hospital for Animals for 25 years. That is 7 dogs and 4 cats. They have been with us through many happy years as well as providing lots of care and understanding when those tough times come along. Everyone--from office staff, through techs, Veterinarians, and referral specialists have been filled with heart and expertise. We'd be nowhere else! The Brandenburgs

I have been taking my Zoey here for years. I primarily see Dr. Watkins, but have on occasion met with other vets. Westwood responds to texts which is nice for people who don't like to talk on the phone, or are busy and can respond as needed, they have always been able to squeeze me in when she is sick, and the staff has always been professional but personable at the same time. They are understanding of her irritability and have always handled her with care. I moved out of town a few years ago and still take her to Brownsburg because I wouldn't trust anyone else with her. I really do appreciate the staff and how helpful, friendly, and patient they are. Would recommend to anyone!

The staff is very kind and responsive. They are very kind to my little dog and that matters a lot to me. They also handle the few problems she has had very efficiently.
I've had Westwood for many years,wouldn't go any other place,They are wonderful with my dogs.Have a several emergency because of the age of my dogs,they have always worked me in so they could be seen. I can't say enough good things about the hospital and the staff,they are wonderful.
