Wetzel's Pretzels

Stood in a long line only to get to the counter and find they were out of cinnamon pretzels. Posting a sign would have been helpful.

Walked up to make a purchase. Was almost run into by two employees "playfully" shoving each other. Looked at the selection and the pretzels were so skinny. No breadth to them at all. I thought, "Now I remember why I haven't bought these for years!"

I wouldn't recommend eating here. I ate at the one on concourse B near B24 a few times, never again. Pretzels aren't fresh or have been sitting too long, and $3 lemonade with no free refill.

Burnt and bland garbage. I'll never eat there again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I'll save you from the disappointments trust me...it's pretty bad.

Ordered two pretzels that were horribly burnt. Was yelled at when I asked for a refund.

Pretzels are not that good. Auntie Anne's is better.
