Wetzel's Pretzels

I hope owner or Manager reads this. The pretzels are what I expected great flavor, soft and hot frozen lemonade was on point. Yet today what stood out the most was the customer service. Miss Darlene and miss Abby when above and beyond to make my wife experience as her taste buds have been affected by chemotherapy, the extra shoot of flavor for the strawberry lemonade just the kind act and empathy made us feel like we were being served by a close friend. You guys have amazing employees make sure you don't lose them take care of them.

I got pretzel bits at about 6pm at the galleria last week and they were literally so fresh, buttery, soft, and warm. I am not the biggest fan of pretzels but these were so good, me and my boyfriend shared one of the cups of pretzel bits and it was perfect. Shout out to Janette, Darlene, and Mylin the people that made the pretzels you guys are the best!!!

Located inside the Galleria Mall. 1st floor, closest to Kohl’s. Parking is a bit far, just so we’re clear it’s NOT a drive-through. It’s located inside the mall. Lol My initial experience here was not okay. I was pretty upset, actually. BUT with the assistance of Mylin, she changed my whole perspective of Wetzel Pretzel. The service she gave me was just AMAZING and I think she’s just an Angel. 1000 stars to Mylin and Wetzel Pretzels. Great job on the quality of food, services and atmosphere!! Keep up the good work, HARD WORK and DEDICATION GUYS! And thanks again, Maylynn, I’m hoping they treat you well because you DESERVE IT! <3

Wetzel’s Pretzels has various locations and out of the ones I’ve been too Ive yet to come across bad food or rude employees. The franchise holds a certain standard no matter the location its at, and thats always a plus side. They have various drink and pretzel concoctions that would make your mouth water. Who doesn’t love a good dip? With any order you can choose whether or not you want a special something to go along side the mouthwatering pretzels or go with the classic yellow mustard, I for one like to go with the cheddar cheese dip, because it goes well with everything else. My favorite combo to get is the original pretzel bites with Strawberry Lemonade. Pretzels can be salty so what better drink than a perfect blend of sweet and citrus to help wash away the salty flavor?

Admittedly I am not a pretzel fan unless eating with beer. The place does not serve draught beer ... so as a standalone it's hard for me to judge. Good variety. Great quality. Excellent staff. If you are pretzel lover ... you are home!

Marcus was the cashier to help me today. I asked for mini bitz with salt and instead of placing the pretzels in the bowl to evenly butter and salt them. He decided to butter and salt them in the bag leaving the top of bag salty and bottom dry. It can't be due to lack of training the young lady before him used the bowl to salt the pretzels before he did so the example was there. I was looking forward to eating this for my cheat meal and was completely disappointed that Marcus chose to do things the lazy way and I was unable to enjoy them.

Very pleased with my visit. Mylin was very helpful and had a great attitude! The pretzels were fresh and the lemonade was delicious

About a week ago ordered 2 jalapeños chesse dogs and they were uncooked and medium lemonade that literally tasted like water with taste of old lemons been trying reach the manager and left voicemail and even contacted customer service hopefully I get a respond soon.

Food was ok. Hotdogs good but the pretzel was raw in the middle. Ordered 2 frozen strawberry lemonades and got 2 regular ones. Also, both cashiers are handling money and debit cards and then handling their customers food orders without washing their hands or at least using gloves. One cashier dropped a brush in the butter then reached in her hands and grabbed it and dropped it again then reached back in to pick it up. She then proceeded to make her customers order and grabbed a bag and put her hand in it to open it, still never washed her hands after taking money from the customer and putting her hand in butter. After talking to the shift supervisor/assistant manager, the butter was never changed nor did they put on gloves or wash their hands.

The guys at the register seem fine they repeat everything back are accurate friendly and check wait times even though the 7 minutes the rest of the crew told him was more like double that the 2 ladies physically forming the pretzels alsowere doing their thing but the other 2 girls one in light blue opened the oven every 30 seconds poked at things like she was lost and closed it again I get things need to be flipped and turned but I don't think every literally 30 seconds helps cook the girl in yellow seemed less lost but moved with the enthusiasm and speed of my kids when I all them to clean
