This is going on my “Best of Atlanta” list! It’s airy, clean, inviting and the service is excellent. If you sit at the bar, you can see the open kitchen. I LOVE being able to see where my food is being cooked. And this Shrimp Po Boy was the best I’ve ever had!
Stumbled upon this restaurant when visiting the Ponce city market. I went for the oysters but boy was I blown away! I ordered a selection of oysters based on the servers recommendation and my preference of salinity. I was tickled that there were oysters from “murder point, Alabama” and I had to try one of those. They weren’t bad but I’ll stick to north east offerings. I also ordered the octopus which was divine! I am not entirely sure the preparation of the vegetables garnishing the plate peppers but it had just enough acidity to brighten up the whole dish. The fried catfish was also great! It came on a fresh slaw with a Vietnamese dressing which made the dish bright and crunchy. The lemonade alcoholic seltzers were so great. I had two and could’ve had more lest I turn into a drunken mess. A really wonderful experience, and our server was so attentive. I’ll be back whenever I am in the area again!
Had fried octopus and several types of oysters. Fresh, delicious and best part was the service. Alex was helping us at the bar and gave us recommendations of oysters based on our palate. The oysters tasted great, but his mannerisms and service were more outstanding. Thank you for giving us such a great experience! Oyster types- Indian Lagoon - fresh, light, meaty Beausoleil - moderately salty, slight fishy aftertaste Pink Moon my fav - lightly salty, smooth finish
Food was really tasty and the service was great. I Wouk’s come here again. This was the best shrimp sandwich I’ve ever had. It was also really cool to see the chefs preparing the food.
Outstanding oyster bar & the hot lobster rolls are fantastic! We live out of own and we always love coming back! We love eating our way through Atlanta, but this is always our favorite!!!! Atlanta…. It’s a must try!! BEST PLACE IN PONCE MARKET!!!
Lobster roll was rather disappointing, as it was like soaked with mayo. Lobster flesh was fresh and good amount, but couldn’t feel its taste because mayo flavor was too much. The same with coleslaw. Texture was good, just that I could only taste mayo.
Dare I say the perfect lunch?! My poké bowl was really nice but the oysters were the real star. The strawberry lime seltzer was also delicious and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back!
Fresh east coast oysters and poke bowl. Fast service and nice space that doesn’t feel as cluttered as some other places at the market. Would come back to enjoy more seafood here.
I went to W.H. Stiles for lunch and was so impressed by the service, atmosphere and food! While everything sounded delicious I settled on the fish sandwich and chips and was not disappointed! The fry was amazing and light and I saw it come straight out of the fryer. Great option among all the choices at Ponce City Market!Food: 5/5
I ordered the lobster bisque, and look at my soup! My soup didn't come with the lobster topping! I thought it was supposed to be served like that?, but now I look at the photos from other reviewers, and my soup definitely came without the toppings. Clam Po boy had no flavor. Seasoning missing. At the door, it was written that they open from 11:30. Therefore a lot of people came and waited for the opening. The staffs while they were preparing saw people came and left, but didn't say a word. Couldn't order a drink together. They said they could take the drinks order in next 15-20 minutes. Overall, disappointing food, unfriendly service.
