The doctors and staff at this location have been wonderful. My weight time is never longer than 30 minutes, the nurses and doctors have been all very caring and are always happy to answer any questions and they offer walk in appointments. I've been very happy wih my experience.
I had a great experience at this location today. From the front desk to the doctor and staff everyone was so sweet I wish I could remember their names. They made sure me and baby were doing well. I was a walk in and tried to come close to opening and I didn’t have to wait any longer than my normal appointments I would definitely recommend this OBGYN
Holly Howell put my baby and me in such a danger. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was told I had to be put on insulin, I also had problems with my placenta so I was considered a high risk patient. I had no insurance and no family or friends to help me and I told her this, even cried. So I couldn’t afford to pay $200 a week to see Holly and $1000 to high risk. So she chose to drop be as a patient at week 34, knowing that no doctor would take me in since I’m so far along. She didn’t even come out to tell me herself, she had the receptionist tell me. The same day she discharged me as a patient I got to scrape enough money to get a medical insurance, but I was still told that she still wouldn’t help me. I can’t understand how a doctor can put a mom and baby in this dangerous situation, it’s very heartless. I had to other choice but to go to the ER at 37 weeks and they send me right away to do an emergency c-section. They were in shock that a doctor could have done this to my baby and I.
Don’t waste your time here the staff is rude and unprofessional . First problem I had with them I took my mother to her appointment and when we showed up they tell us that the dr had to leave to the hospital I don’t understand why they didn’t call to let us know to reschedule before we showed up and wasted our time . Next issue I called trying to make an appointment for myself and a lady named Karen answered and was very rude . According to her I no showed to my appointments so I would no longer be able to schedule when I wasn’t even aware of those appointments. I tried explaining to her that if I knew I would of showed up and she began to argue saying it’s the patient’s responsibility to know of their appointments and I obviously knew since the appointments were rescheduled . I didn’t appreciate the fact that she kept on assuring I knew of these appointments when I clearly didn’t . They definitely need to work on costumer service .
I absolutely love this place. I can't get into my regular dr office without a 3 month appointment so I took it upon myself to keep coming back. The service is awesome and they treat me well for my chronic condition. Keep up the good work ladies.
I really am not one to like to leave negative reviews but after having been there with my girlfriend Saturday night I left there feeling simply down and certainly not joyous and comforted like a 47 year old man having his first child should. I already am nervous about being a father at my age and I am very concerned for my lady that everything was certainly ok for her as well . This will be HER FIRST CHILD TOO. That being said, we both are unfamiliar with everything and would like this to be a joyous time of our lives. We were excited to possibly learn what our baby may be as far as a boy or girl and thought perhaps we would of learned that Saturday night at our appointment but to my surprise it was the absolute worst case of customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I expected and thought they would encourage and respect a man that is there with his lady to comfort her and hold her hand in this sometimes terrifying change we are about to experience but was shocked when she was called in from the waiting room and I was immediately stopped and absolutely RUDELY told PATIENT ONLY SIR! All I can say is WOW and it certainly is sad to see that compassion and smiles are a thing of the past. almost a pre requisite for a nurse in the medical field one would think I was embarrassed and angry that I couldn't of been there for the love of my life, by her side so she didn't experience the loneliness my mom went through because of my pre occupied father ....alone x 4... Anyhow , I am aware of patient privacy and so forth however parenting, especially new parents, should be kept together and explained of her and our babies health and progress as a unit , a family, not treated so coldly. I literally have no other reason to see this facility and organization as a business that has no desire other than getting the woman in and out quickly and as unpersonable as possibly to keep the checks forwarded to the state .
I was a walk-in. I was seen within 20 minutes, everyone was super friendly, and Renee had more knowledge about how to handle my health issue than my regular ob/gyn. Great experience.
Went in to check on my baby after getting hit in the stomach and I could hear them openly talking bad about me with each other. They also wouldn't listen to what I was saying and kept interrupting me. Asked me a question and I would answer but just kept repeating their question and my answer back to me. The person who saw me was extremely condescending as well when speaking to me. I could hear her getting upset about me being there and huffing before she came in. They mixed up the number of weeks I was and kept bringing it up and telling me it's my fault over and over. Disrespectful and rude. Would never go back there again. If you hate your job that much you shouldn’t be in any customer service position.
I took my girlfriend here twice both times the front desk were very rude and unprofessional.I also did a run around because there was miscommunication on their end just for them not to see her. I was already home by the time they offered me to come back also why would i feel comfortable taking her back to rude people. The front girls name was melissa. Overall wouldnt go back especially when im supposed to trust these people.
Dr Holly Howell has forgotten to call my prescriptions in for me several times and it takes forever to actually get ahold of her. Also, this last time she really tried to pressure me into getting an IUD I did not want! I was there to change birth control pills because I stopped breastfeeding. After trying to pressure me into getting the IUD, then never calling in my prescription for the birth control pill I was asking for I won’t be seeing her again.
