I have used their services several times now and every time has been great. Our Guinea pigs are well cared for and we get adorable photos every visit. We feel better about being out of town knowing a reliable service will be taking care of our piggies.

I've been using WYWO for over 4 years and could not be more pleased. I tried a few other local places before getting a recommendation from a friend to try this out. This place puts so much thought into the amount of care given to your pet. In addition to that, they put even more care into maintaining customer relationships, truly above and beyond. There have been countless times over the years where things have come up and I've been put in a bind with my two labs. The owner and staff quickly respond and many many times they have come through to save me! They have a wide variety of services like daycare, overnights, pick ups, drop offs, in home services such as walks, etc. I regularly use a mix of all of them. My dogs are always excited to get dropped off here and I'm at ease knowing they get a familiar face coming to the house to walk them. I appreciate that I get regular photo updates of the pups having fun, it relieves me of the guilt of leaving them behind. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I am new to the Milwaukee area, and needed to find an in-house sitter for my cats while I went away for the weekend. This company was great! I met a member of the WYWO at my home before I signed a contract. They have an App that allows you to communicate with a team member. They are quick to respond, and everyone I have communicated with have been super friendly. They sent me photo updates of when they visited my cats and played & fed them. I was hesitant of letting a stranger into the house, but this company has made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. I will def be using them for future sitting needs! I cannot recommend While You Were Out enough! We have three cats and they have always been attentive to each of their individual needs from medications or just needing some alone time. The team provides clear communication and visit updates via their app, and has always provided ample notice as holiday spots start to fill up. Your pets are in good hands with WYWO!

Very pleased with their cat care on multiple occasions. We have used them on both long and short trips. I love that they post pictures or videos daily- especially when we are gone for a longer time. They also have been wonderful about doing other small things like filling our bird feeder. wonderful care when one of cats was older and needed meds and special attentions. So glad that they are in business

Our dog has been a regular at While You Were Out for almost 3 years. The care she receives is top-notch. The staff always greets my dog by name and always with a warm smile. We are so lucky to have WYWO in the neighborhood, though I'd drive across the city if I had to!

I have 4 dogs and have worked in the dog industry for many years. Those two factors mean that I am VERY picky about who my boys stay with and I need something affordable. While You Were Out is hands down the best in this area. I trust the staff completely with my dogs and am always surprised at the pictures of my boys wrestling with each other. they never play with each other at home! Tiffany and her crew bring out the best in my dogs and they always come home tired and happy.

I began using WYWO Pet Services on December 5, 2018. I have not been disappointed. The walkers are professional and on time. They take a sincere interest in my pup Zarei. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Tiffany. Tiffany goes beyond just good customer service. She attempts to meet her individual client needs. I highly recommend this service.
