This place is awesome! I recently travelled to Denver from the UK and my wife found this bar. The whiskey range is great, the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, while the food for a bar is also great. They show all the sport games too. The happy hour is good and above all the prices are reasonable as most places in Denver are so pricey. Can't recommend this place enough!!! Definitely get the buffalo cauliflower! They are insanely good.
Great service and definitely a notch above your average bar fare. We stopped here for lunch on our way out of Denver and all enjoyed our meals! It's close to Coors Field and really stands out as a pre-game destination. The wait staff was great and the interior was unexpectedly nice and cozy. We started with the fried cheese curds, because, why not! :- They were beer battered and delicious with some added goodies: fried pickle chips and fried jalapeno rings. We also had the Buffalo Cauliflower, which had a mouthwatering tangy buffalo sauce and some carrot shavings to go along with the ranch dressing. The mains were yummy, but the standout was the Cajun Turkey Gouda sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. Yum! Second to the turkey sandwich was the Shrimp and Grits that were also excellent! Yummy and delicious grits with plenty of cheesiness and some nicely seasoned shrimp to go with them. After that, the Portabella Burger was okay, but the mushroom could have been fresher and was a bit thin. The Glazed Sprouts were good, and there was an appropriate amount of balsamic glaze, but they also could have used a bit more seasoning outside of the glaze. All in all though, a great dining experience in a great location for game day!
Came here for some dinner. Only place bay closed a little later than usual. I liked the environment inside, our waitress was nice, I forgot her name but she’s vegan anyway, the soup of the day was beef veggies and it was amazing omg.
Came here on recommendation from the hotel. Very glad I did. I came in when it was not busy at all. The bartenders were very friendly and conversational. Good people. They have an extensive collection of bourbons and whiskeys. Made me happy. I had the fried chicken with the Brussel Sprouts. The sprouts were some of the best I've ever had, but that chicken is something truly special. Super tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. A slight spice made it absolutely delicious. Again, some of the best I've ever had. I would put it on par with Gus' Chicken in Georgia, maybe even a little better. Had their Pendlcilin mule. Very creative. Love the ginger liquer. May have to steal that recipe. Very delicious. Topped off with the Bailey's cheesecake... Delicious AF. Moist, flavorful, not overpowerfully sweet. Would definitely recommend to end your meal. Actually, I recommend it all. If you're in the Union Station area, I highly recommend this place.
I am so happy to have found this place in Denver. They have an amazing whiskey selection and the food is dynamite! The upstairs has a great patio. Highly recommend!
Food wasn’t bad, decently priced. Cute location and i asked for a broken down. Burger to go and got it. 4/5 stars because the stairs to the nice rooftop patio killed my legs
This place was awesome. We had an upstairs bar for our event along with 2 bartenders. They had a very nice setup and some amazing drinks. Staff was on point with drinks and food.
I went for the fried chicken and it did not disappoint! Very crispy and flavorful skin, and juicy chicken. The cheese curds were also very good. The sides weren't worth the price, though decent. And not to mention the drinks- big menu with creative and tasty cocktails. Will definitely be back.
Love this place! Drink menu is great and the Park Meatballs on green chili were awesome! Cheese curds, fried chicken, and Philly cheese steak sammy were all great! I'll be back!
This place is one to skip, for food at least. Food menu is very average. Execution even more so. Was surprised our $16 sandwiches didn't come with any sides, but enjoyed the $7 side of Brussels sprouts enough. Nothing special about any of the dishes, and my fried chicken was not fried hot or long enough--had a subtle interior layer of uncooked batter. Huge whiskey menu which is cool. The service was good.
