Great food and awesome atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, helpful and inviting. I recommend the roof top seating! Can't wait to go back again. Most definitely going to be added as a favorite!
I absolutely LOVED this place. It's spacious with a nice rooftop bar that overlooks the city. The food and drinks were really good and the servers were very friendly and personable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience this afternoon at Whiskey Warehouse. Upon my entrance the hostess immediately greeted, sat me and notified me that my server Chrissy was going to be readily available to be able to help me. Now Chrissy is a 10 asset to this company. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and her wonderful, beautiful and caring personality implores me to revisit this location and have her serve me again. Chrissy was fully confident in her skill level running the whole FOH by herself, including phone and Uber orders. You go Girl!!!! There was an issue with the beverage that I wanted, Chrissy and the MOD, Mark, did everything they could to to make sure that I was satisfied. As for Mark, not only was he taking care of customers, employees and managerial duties... he was helping out the Team.. rolling silver. Wow. Also, He is a great person to conversate with. I ordered the Mushroom burger.. perfect cook temp, great job BOH. Great variation of this sandwich. I also received the Mac and Cheese.. oh jeez.. al dente.. perfect ratio of cheese. Cooked and presented in a Iron skillet. IMPRESSED. This food needs NO table condiments/spices. Done awesome already. The interior of the restaurant is eclectic... Each wall booth, it's own TV.. but antique like decorations throughout. Park in the back, Uber or have a skinny car, spots are narrow. I WILL BE BACK.
Food was ok. Service was good. I'd like to check out their rooftop during warmer weather. Good drink specials the night I was there. I'd try it again.
Guys day outing with my two best friends. We decided to try a restaurant that we haven't been to yet. With a little misunderstanding on meeting time, one friend arrived at the restaurant instead of meeting at our normal place and riding together...but he was seated quickly as was allowed to wait for us. That's a plus! Pretty busy/happening place on a Sunday. Waitress was quite pleasant and we all enjoyed out food and many drinks. lol Thanks for the hospitality!
Pros: cocktails, food, decor. Cons: good but not great service when we went. Could improve draft beer options - though their focus is liquor, any place in Charlotte with draft beers should have good craft selections. Leaking ceiling in hallway to the bathroom. Two of four stalls in ladies room out of order.
Went for drinks drinks on Sunday and to watch some games The out door bar was cool and had some great vibes. All the waitress and staff were great we got the Chicken strips and fries just to keep the drinks in check. They were as good as they could get I really like the place. going to go back and have dinner one night. The building has some cool features. In the end I would say it's a great place e to bring friends and family. Gotta go check them out. Tell them Brian Sent ya! The Review Guru!! Vegetarian options: They have alot to choose from Kid-friendliness: Place is cool and great atmosphere for kids and Adults alike Parking: Parking is tough but if you are patient you can find a spot Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in the place easy but only to the bar down stairs. but still would try it out
Whiskey Warehouse WW is centrally located in the nucleus of Plaza Midwood across the street from Harris Teeter, beside Thomas Street Tavern, Common Market, and Giddy Goat Coffee shop. We went to WW this past Saturday, 10/30/21, because my friends wanted to adamantly go there. Whiskey Warehouse has both a downstairs AND rooftop bar; which identically have a comprehensive and complete bar with a cornucopia of spirits and laundry list of lagers on tap. The downstairs area has tons of seating ranging from in the wall bench seating, tables in the middle, and a curved 'L-ish' shaped bar with seating wrapped around it. The kitchen is located downstairs as well. In order to get to the skyline views upstairs, there is a two-flight stair case located to your immediate right when you walk in through the side entrance. I don't think they are handicap accessible, which literally sucks for anyone bound to a wheelchair, no legs, on crutches that may work if you hop, or acutely older the elderly. They should definitely get that fixed so everyone and anyone can enjoy their rooftop. The upstairs contains plenty of seating, both high- and low-top seating plus bar seating. The food is basic bar food to, but this is what my friends and I had when we were there see below and the photos: ---------------------------------------- TURKEY BACON AVOCADO $12.00 swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pub sauce ---------------------------------------- TEX MEX BURGER* $12.00 guacamole, applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, chipotle ranch, lettuce, tomato, onion -------------------------------------- Whiskey Warehouse has $5 Whiskeys every day if I am not mistaken, so if you're a brown liquor drinker, this place is for you. The service is usually pretty good so I have no complaints there. When my friend ordered tequila shots chilled for our big group, they were pretty quick and nimble providing them for us. All in all, I will undoubtedly return to Whiskey Warehouse and recommend it to you, my family, and friends. Cheers MATE$! ...::: TrizzyO_o :::...
Amazing staff! I had the pleasure of having Alyssa as my waitress who was above & beyond phenomenal! Great food options & daily drink specials. Whiskey Warehouse is a fun & hip spot to enjoy your favorite drink. First experience on the rooftop and got to see the sunset. Definitely a staple spot to visit in the CLT area! Thank you for taking such awesome care of me, will definitely be back for another great experience!
Loved the view, all the bartenders were sweet. Just kind of disappointed because we could only one drink. ....Then some water emergency happened, so they couldn't serve anymore.
