Dealing with Whitaker Roofing has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. Their personalized customer service, always with a touch of class, is superb which cannot easily be found anymore. Juli even came out to the house to check on the job. She delivered a fun gift of appreciation for me, and it was such a pleasure to visit with her. Before she was leaving I noticed her putting drinks and a few treats on the ground for the workers! The roofers were on time in the morning, took a very short lunch break, and worked until dark. They cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. The office works professionally and reliably. Information that needed to be sent to my insurance was done promptly. Their prices are reasonable for high quality materials. Many employees have worked for this company for many years which is a testament to the fact that they also treat their employees well. I can recommend Whitaker Roofing wholeheartedly to anyone who is in need of a new roof. You won’t be disappointed!

4 stars; Whitaker did a partial roofing job for me, replacing the portion of my roof over my garage and patio. The rest of the roof, over the house, was done in 2004. Upon inspection, Whitaker told me the 2004 portion was still in very good shape and should last another 8-10 years. I appreciated getting a bid that was an honest assessment. This is why I called them back, 20 years later, to do my project. My current project took 1.5 days. The roof looks great and all matches nicely. The only thing I would say as a critique is that after day one of work, there were at least 5 nails on my driveway when I came home from work. Luckily no one in my family got a flat tire. There were also a lot of nails and tear-off debris in the area around where the dumpster was, which was in the road where street parking takes place. I cleaned that part up. Whitaker should have cleaned up better. It only takes a few minutes to sweep a driveway or use some sort of metal detector to make sure the residence is returned to a level of safety as it was prior to the project.

Whitaker was fast, efficient, and cleaned up and picked up. Their quality of work was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Whitaker Roofing! William came and did the estimate and walked me through step by step and showed me pictures. He explained everything so well and didn't talk down to me and was 100% honest. Alfonso, Nathan and Grant did the roof, it was done in like a day and a half. They were super respectful and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They even did little extra things to make their work the best it possibly could be and went above and beyond! Hate to say it but I hope I don't need them for a long time coming but if/when I do hands down I'll be going through Whitaker again.

Whitaker did a fantastic job on our new roof. The office staff worked directly with our insurance to quickly get things done. Juli and William were great to work with! The crew doing the work were on time, professional, personable, and fast. They also did a great job of cleaning up, including sweeping the yard with a magnet for nails. I would 100% recommend Whitaker Roofing.

The folks at Whitaker Roofing Services truly care about their customers. They replaced our roof about 15 years ago and did it in 3 days. The cleanup was so immaculate no one would have known they were here. In 2021, they removed our swamp cooler and roofed that area. Today, raccoon damage was repaired and Nathan even gave me some materials from his truck and advised me on further action to take to prevent expecting mother raccoons from gaining access to our attic. Thank you so much!!

This was a wonderful experience. They answer the phone, and come out and do the work when they say they are going to come. The work was perfect. I tried to contact other roofing companies before Whitaker. Most didn't answer their phone. One of them returned my call. They scheduled him to come out. I thought he was coming out to do the work, but instead I waited a week to have an evaluation. Never heard from him again after the evaluation. Makes me wonder why that other company has good ratings and even stays in business.

Whitaker did a great job! They were the most affordable, and the roof looks really good. They did our house and our garage and we are happy with both. These guys do it right

Whitaker Roofing staff are simply awesome. The service and attention to detail is reassuring and comforting when you are dealing with such a big project. From the owner to the office staff, I was treated with respect and honesty throughout my project. I strongly recommend Whitaker Roofing and will definitely use them for any Roofing projects I have in the future.
