White Crown Federal Credit Union

I’ve had a WCFCU account for years. They are consistently fast, fair, and friendly. There have been occasional hiccups as does happen over the years but nothing that hasn’t ever been fixed quickly.

Great bank to use. There is a high turn-over on staff, but Emma, Caroline, Jaime, and Kayla are always great! They have parking below the bank, and offer online services as well. Their debit cards don't have chips which I find beneficial.

Very outdated technology, badly organized, still requires every request to be submitted in writing and has new staff constantly due to turnover which in turn brings unexperianced personnel to help members out.

If the answering machine would be honest and say “Our office is currently closed in observance of Christopher Columbus” instead of using Columbus Day as the cop out?
