White Glove provided us with excellent service and hospitality. There were a couple of incidents where items were received on site with some damage from storage, but White Glove was swift to respond and fix any issues.

This was a true five-star experience. I’m a designer, and I’ve worked with several receivers in the NY Metro Area. So far, White Glove is the most professional, organized, considerate and careful company I’ve worked with. They’re not a “budget” operation, but it’s worth every penny. They log every item received into a shared data base which saves much confusion. Also, I needed to do a last-minute date change for my delivery, and they were able to fill my spot so we didn’t get stuck with the cancellation fee. The delivery men were careful, personable and had great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them!

Let’s start with communication. Mary Jane was on the ball, organized, answered all my calls and questions and anticipated scheduling needs. Tony & Anthony informed me of every piece that arrived to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. The delivery team was awesome . They arrived early which never happens and they were very professional , friendly, left a clean work space and got the job done quickly. They had good attitudes and helped me tremendously ! A piece of very expensive art arrived with a tiny nick I’m surprised it was the only piece that was damaged - it’s common in this industry . I informed the team who called Mary Jane and within a day there was a professional restorer on site. He fixed the item PERFECTLY I couldn’t even find the prior damage. I love this team and will use them again and again.
