White House Black Market

Love the staff there! They are so friendly and are always extremely helpful. The clothes are beautiful and unique. Most of my wardrobe is from WHBM.

The sales persons that work here are not friendly at all and rude unless you look a certain way. They make you feel like returning an item is an issue. I will not be shopping at this store.

Rude employees who push their own personal style on people who are not comfortable in what they have tried on. Not all sales people seem to understand what is flattering on some is not flattering on everyone. When one customer asked another for their opinion sales person tells other shopper to stop talking and leave. I will NEVER shop at this location again and will think twice about shopping at White House Black Market overall.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is there. So helpful everytime I go in the shop to look for clothes or an outfit for a special occasion. It is the experience that makes shopping there so nice.

Everyone was so helpful! Made my shopping experience easy. Lots of beautiful and stylish clothes to choose from. Great size variety as well.

Today I went into the store and the salesperson’s greeting was “weren’t you here last weekend”. Definitely didn’t make me feel welcome. I’ll go to another store in this chain.

I love the clothes here and the staff are very helpful. I do think the cost can be a bit expensive but they always have great sales and deals!

At least half of my non-yoga wardrobe is from here. They keep you coming back with incentives and rewards programs.

Nicest clothing for women anywhere. Awesome sales associates.
