Dr. Mann is truly wonderful. He has been helping my family for years. He is very comforting and extremely knowledgeable.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years. Dr Marc Mann is warm, caring and professional. He returns phone calls and occasionally when my blood pressure goes up, will troubleshoot by phone after hours, keeping me out of the emergency room unless it's absolutely necessary. He has competent physician assistants whom I have seen when bronchitis or sinus infections trouble me. Currently he has a lovely nurse who is attentive and smart. I have recommended this group many times. My mother sees Dr Togawa. My son turns 18 soon and has asked to see Dr Mann once he ages out of his pediatrician.

The worst experience ever. When I transferred my daughter from Village Pediatrics in Westport to here due to us moving from Fairfield to New Haven...nothing but problems. They claimed they didn't have her records and they were never sent (which they were) then when I called to withdraw her as a patient due to them loosing her records they said they finally found them on a pile in Dr. Gould's desk...now it's a year later and they claim they have nothing but her immunizations. I am done with this practice and there disorganization. They don't even deserve a start

Nastiest receptionist I've ever spoken to in my life. Literally in shock from the phone call I just had. Would never go here.
