I allowed remote access into two computers at my site so that Andres could investigate overclocking a computer I own. Andres asked for the passwords to the computers which I thought strange. Andres used a remote access called instant house call to obtain the configuration of my computer to determine if over clocking was possible. I agreed to pay $30 for the research. The instant house call app left a install version on my computers which I thought strange. Andres used house call to get the configuration of the computer As stated, Andres was doing research on overclocking a Dell computer for which I verbally agreed to pay $30. Andres promised a call back in 5 minutes that never occurred. I called in on the phone that I originally contacted Andres with to see what was happening. But that call rolled over to his answering machine. So I sent 3-4 text messages to Andres. Still no response. So I called Andres on my land line which has a different number. This time he did pick up. He said was still doing research. I told him no problem but I would not be available by phone for the next hour. He asked if he could send me an email. I told him whatever worked best for him. Andres never provided the results of the research he said he was completing for me but he did send me a bill for $40 which I thought strange. Prior to this post, I sent two emails to Andres asking him what was going on. To this point the only response received either verbally or by email was the $40 bill.

Excellent repair service at a more than reasonable price. Had me back and running in less than two days (and I had some serious issues). I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Confused about the reviews..made me want to call him but i found him very Flakey...does not want to work unless they need money for something. If you are in business run a business.. Not impressed at all. The reviews might be friends posting for him I hope not. .that is not cool.

If you are looking for fast repair and great communications while the fixing process goes on this is where to go. Top notch service and they always kept me updated on progress. EXCELLENT work and pricing.
