We enjoy the high quality food here : There’s parking in the back, and if it’s too busy we can park on the side street. It’s usually a pretty speedy checkout process. Many of the employees are very friendly. If you’re looking for good meat, produce, etc, this is the place. For boxed/canned goods, go for the 365 brand for the best price.
First, let me say I have been shopping at this Whole Foods for YEARS. The quality of produce has taken a SHARP left. I purchased salmon from there the other day that was already spoiled by the time I got home. It smelled awful. I asked the man at the fish counter if it was fresh, he said yes. If I had eaten it, I would've gotten sick. I brought my receipt in to get a refund. I was told I would need to bring the salmon back to the store, in order to get my money back. I understand doing this for a jar of peanut butter that's expired, but not fish. YIKES. If you are going to charge $12 a pound for salmon, let's do some quality control. Also, you need to start labeling what is/ isn't gluten free in the hot bar section. I have celiac. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten sick because I thought something in that area was safe. Do better. In the meantime, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Amazing Whole Foods experience in an incredible historical building. Lots of options, great salad bar, and friendly staff. Great experience!
If you are looking for a restroom in the area, then you can find it here They have a food supplement section, but there are no basic pharmacy painkillers, etc. : So, if you need any, then you should go to the CVS on the corner : In general, big and usual Whole Foods Markets with very kind and responsive employees :
Only 1 line open at 7:30 and it's a mile long. Basically forcing you to do self checkout. Their stuff is already way overpriced and I have to check myself out? I won't be going there again.
Very beautiful, clean, and has all the expected items found at Whole Foods. There is a parking lot at the back of the store, and you can also park on the street next to the market. I love Whole Foods, I just wish items were more affordable.
Pretty good for New Orleans. The store has decent size and srlection. They have the hemp bioK that I luke and a decent selection of kombucha. The breakfast bar was also pretty good
Very sad to see Whole Foods going downhill these days. It used to be a joy to shop there. The meat section is a train wreck, half the stuff is missing, the other half is in disarray. The hamburger meat was all expired sell by or freeze by 10/10/22. Todays the 13th. Vast majority of the produce was in bad shape. Cilantro was rotten. Kale was wilted. Chard was wilted. Sweet potatoes were nasty. The fruit was pretty good, though. Sadly, it’s not just this Whole Foods. We recently road-tripped from Chicago to Asheville to here, and most of the Whole Foods save one in Asheville were in really bad shape. I’m guessing they’re cutting back on staffing hours, and it shows. Also, the food bars used to be amazing. We’d eat there regularly. Now, they look dried and desiccated and messy. Please hire more staff. Have better quality control.
First time going here bought Olives from the olive bar taste very strongly of alcoholic sanitizer . This is inept and disgusting
There's a lot of variety here and great food! Usually always busy, too. Do self-checkout - it's usually faster.
