Absolutely incredible. I've been coming here since before the pandemic, and the space has only gotten lovelier. Satya leads some of the most nourishing and accessible yoga classes I've found in Denver and surrounding. Her classes are safe for people with limited mobility, and also challenging for those who have an advanced practice. Satya has created a truly healing experience through atmosphere, intention, and experience. Today was my first day back in her live classes since this lovely two year transition we have all endured, and goodness, did my heart and soul need this! I can't recommend Whole Yoga enough. Take a class. You won't regret it!
Wow! This yoga studio is truly a gem in the City Park Neighborhood. I attended a few classes when Ash Bourke was finishing up her certifications and I loved the vibe of this studio. It's homey, cozy, and comfortable. This isn't the type of place where you need to wear Lululemon just to fit in, the people make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Also, their classes are offered literally all the time. You can hit up a morning class, afternoon or evening class. I really love this space and am highly considering getting a membership.
Whole Yoga is a really great studio! All of the instructors here really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and they help you with your practice no matter your ability. They also offer classes during all times of the day, so whether you like to practice early in the morning or later in the evening, Whole Yoga has a class for you. Mark's classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings are my favorites! Try it out!
This lovely studio is unpretentious and welcoming, with the most knowledgeable teachers I've yet to come across. Whole Yoga instructors gracefully create classes that teach the principles of Yoga, using the practice of asana while actively incorporating the other tenants of Yoga. Their seamless classes facilitate self-awareness through breath and movement while emphasizing kindness and compassion with ourselves and others. I cannot recommend this studio enough to brand new and practiced Yogis alike. I love Whole Yoga.
I've been doing yoga for 45 years, with numerous teachers. The teachers at Whole Yoga are the BEST! Ahimsa Compassion Yoga is based on moving in ways that benefit YOUR body, not some abstract perfect body in a training manual. And integrating breath, mind, spirit, heart into your practice distinguishes yoga from exercise regimens. Yoga can be life-changing - Whole Yoga is a great place to find out!
I like the local boutique yoga studios....but what a refreshing alternative Whole Yoga is! It's low key, people know one another, it's not at all pretentious. And great instruction. Best of all, the teachers let me bring my newborn! I only did it a few times, but I will never forget practicing at Whole Yoga with my newborn lying there next to my mat. And the other students were so open to it. Thank you.
Wonderful yoga teachers and all welcoming atmosphere. The classes are more about how your body is feeling and less about getting a sweaty work out, although depending on the teacher that happens too. Love that they provide all the props you need plus yoga mats! So happy I found Whole Yoga!!
I highly recommend the classes, programs, and workshops at Whole Yoga! I participated in the Yoga Immersion Program last summer with Susan and Oscar as my teachers. The experience made a lasting impression on not only my practice, but my perspective on life. I also appreciate that Whole Yoga offers opportunities for chanting and meditation in addition to asana.
Whole Yoga is a treasure of a yoga studio conveniently located near City Park. I recently moved downtown and found Whole Yoga. After a few classes, Whole Yoga revealed itself to be more than a yoga studio but a school of thought. Attentive guidance is given by well-trained instructors for asana but moreover, they inform with mythology, Sanskrit translation and history. Mind body connection. No moment is wasted. Having tried franchise and other studios, Whole Yoga has been a revelatory discovery.
This is a true yoga studio where you'll get a work out, and you'll learn meditation techniques, and learn the practice of Ahimsa - self-care. I've been coming for years, and I've loved watching Satya grow and change. She's always learning and sharing. You'll find a class for all of your needs. Best of all the studio is affordable - one of the few left in Denver.
