I just recently bought batteries for my electric wheelchair, Great product at a great price! Kudos to the entire staff on excellent customer service. I will tell all my friends and family about the great deal I got.
Went in to get a specialized battery. They did not have the battery, but Brian the tech that helped me, thought it might need reset. He went to work on it, and found it did need reset, plus had a contact wire that was barely connected. He also charged it for me all while I waited for just a little bit. When completed, I ask "What do I owe you?", "Nothing" was the response. They did not make anything then, but I will defiantly be going there for future purchases for my farm and construction equipment. Thank you Brian Bob
Brian brought back a heated jacket battery that was dead in the water and no longer manufactured. He is absolutely amazing at what he does! Highly recommend Brian for all your battery needs!! Thanks a million Brian!!
The best place in Kansas city for new or replacement batteries. Except computer batteries. Great knowledgeable people.
I bought a battery for my wife's car. They are very friendly and the price was right. That was in September. I returned today, 4 months later, for a new battery for my car this time. Still very friendly and the price is still a good one.
Best place in town to get a new battery. Reasonable and you can wait in your car while they install it
I went there today Jan. 24, 2022 to get a battery for my car and Daniel came out and looked at the one I had installed. He told me I probably didn't need a new battery yet as mine was just over 3 years old. When I said I was still interested in replacing it, he gave me a good price on the new battery. The technicians that installed it were very thorough cleaning the cable ends and spraying protectant on the terminals when done. I will refer anyone I know that needs a battery to them.

The owner, Randy, and his associates go above and beyond to give you the best customer service WITH integrity...which is huge when we live in an automated world. I've used them twice now and they are always really knowledgeable and helpful. I specifically went in there for golf cart batteries for my RV and Randy and his employees listened to my needs, knew exactly what I needed, hooked me up with the batteries and wiring, and sent me on my way...with a GREAT DEAL might I add! These guys know what they're doing and I honestly trust them 100%. I will be a customer for life.
