Wholesale Tire & Auto Center

I bought a set of tires, but they weren't balanced properly. I took my car in 3 times to have them balanced. Not sure if they didn't actually do anything to my tires, or they had no idea what they were doing. I took my car to another tire place. They got it right the first. NEVER going back to this shop!

I would give it zero stars if i could, they have terrible time management. My car has been in for almost a week and they've "forgotten" to order the part. This is the fourth time I've taken it there to get the same part fixed, because they promise it'll be right this time. Even though my car has been there for almost a week and they said it would be done the same day I dropped it off or the next day, they "can't work it into the schedule."

I had an inspection done. I was in and out pretty quick with an appointment. The employees were friendly and pleasant.

They are fine to do basic work on tires, but not capable of doing a good job of much more. Had a family member’s car for what was originally to be a four hour job that turned into multiple days to do some more in-depth maintenance and completely botched the job. They have had to take it to another garage twice to fix work that was said to have been done. This is only the beginning of uncovering their failures on this car.

The counter employee was very kind and tried to be helpful. However, who turns away a customer, until the next day, for a 10-15 minute wheel rotation job? Taking my business elsewhere, permanently.
