Wichita Eagle

My property continues to be littered in from their Neighbors publication. Never subscribed to their services and do not want litter to clean up. To cancel the junk you have to call in and talk to someone overseas. Mind you their hours of which you can speak to someone just to be taken off their list are very limited. Hope this place shuts down. Unnecessary junk mail. Terrible way of doing business.

Totally frustrated with this company and its methods of oversubscribing victims such as myself. My spouse was convinced to subscribe for a year of which I prepaid in full and we only received a handful of papers in that time. At the end of the year I thought it was finally over but then they kept billing me still with no deliveries. When I called they said the bill could be disregarded THEN I get a bill from a Collection Agency! Totally unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and Wichita Eagle will never receive my business again!

I signed up with the Wichita Eagle earlier this year....I signed up for the 13 weeks subscription and paid for the full term with my credit card. After the 13 weeks i goa call from the Eagle to continue my subscription...I declined the offer. Yet newspaper kept coming everyday. And now I have a bill from a debt collector... I DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE MY SUBSCRIPTION OR I WOULD OF ACCEPTED AND PAID WHEN YOU CALLED. NOW YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO CHEAT AND LIE AND BILL ME FOR SERVICES WHEN I DID NOT WANT THEM....That is not the kind of business i thought the eagle was...I am totally disgusted and disappointed with the Wichita Eagle. I will fully dispute your fake bill.

The Wichita Eagle has no customer service department. I have contacted them several times about my delivery problem and have not heard back. I will not renew my subscription.

Excellent, trustworthy coverage of local issues. Very nice, helpful people.
