Who can say a root canal was a 5 star experience? Mine absolutely was. From the minute I walked into the Zen office the entire staff was amazing. Sam and Dr. Butler took excellent care of me! Everything was fully explained and there was no pain during or after the procedure at all!!! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Dr. Hoffman. He knows what he's doing without a doubt. His nurse and him worked together very well. His nurse explained to me in detail what they were going to do. She told me multiple times that I was doing great. The pain level was minimal. The operation was quick. About 20 to 25 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman and his team to anyone who needs to have a root canal done. They have very comfortable couches and chairs to relax in before they call you back. If in doubt, trust the 5 star reviews. If you get Dr. Hoffman and his team, you will be in very good hands!!!

Root canal week of 8/5. From previous visit through end of this procedure, Doctor Bulter and Staff were excellent to work with. This team is obviously highly trained, experienced, efficient, professional and above all, friendly and considerate. I truly felt like they went out of their way to put me first as the patient. From previous root canal due to injury in my youth, I fully expected at a minimum some injection site and jaw discomfort then some pain from the procedure itself. Instead, from the time I departed now, some 30 hours later, I've had neither. Pain free. Also was pleasantly surprised at how much of my original tooth Doctor was able to salvage for me. Definitely highly recommend Doctor Butler, his Staff and entire Wichita Endodontics practice.

At 80 years old, I had my first root canal. My dentist, Dr. Christopher Mar, referred me to Dr. Shayne Perry of Wichita Endodontics East. My appointment was on APRIL 15, TAX DAY! Hearing all of the war stories over the years about root canals, I was just a little bit nervous as I drove to Dr. Perry's office. I arrived on time and in a few minutes I was in the dental chair conversing with Dr. Perry's assistant, Alondra. Her explanations and presentations of the upcoming procedure immediately put me at ease. Soon Dr. Perry arrived. Great guy, very friendly and reassuring. You guessed it, now I'm even more relaxed as we proceeded with the root canal. I had planned on handling some pain but nothing extreme. Guess what, THERE WAS NO PAIN, NOT EVEN A BLIP. Before I knew it, Dr. Perry was finished. About 45 minutes of a non-event and I was on my way home feeling great. Dr. Perry prescribed some mild pain killers in case I was sore after the numbness wore off. l was also instructed to take some antibiotic medication. One week later after following splendid instructions provided by the front desk, I was fit as a fiddle with no side effects. A follow-up visit to my dentist, Dr. Mar, finished the whole experience. Within fifteen minutes Dr. Mar replaced the temporary filing with a permanent filing. End of story. It was over. My saga of that scary root canal had ended with nothing but sincere gratitude for Dr. Perry, Alondra and the entire staff at Wichita Endodontics East. If you need a root canal and have concerns, I recommend contacting Dr. Perry's office. Dr. Perry has buried the old wives' tale of an uncomfortable procedure discussed for centuries. ROOT canal procedure especially when it is your molar tooth is really a very daunting experience! And if you have low tolerance for pain, you dread even considering to have it done! But it is a necessary treatment for some of us. Overall, I received top notch service from the whole team! From Dr. Shayne Perry to everyone - thank you! I highly recommend your clinic!

Wow, what can I say. Just had a root canal today here. Dr. Butler and his assistant Sam were wonderful. NO root canal is pleasant. These two explained EVERYTHING that was going to happen. I highly recommend this place and Doctor to anyone who needs this kind of service. Dr. Butler and Sam made an uncomfortable experience bearable. Dr. Butler explained my alternatives before the procedure. Let me make my own choices. I chose to go with the root canal. It was the correct choice as my nerves were highly inflamed. Really cool $18,000 scope hanging from the ceiling. Cost me $1700. They don't take Medicare. The procedure was quick and efficient. Very friendly. The anesthesia shots were absolutely brutal. Six days later and I still have nerve damage symptoms.

I want to thank Dr. Divine and Sharice for the fantastic service and support that was given to me while getting a root canal done. And finally finding what was causing me pain for the last 6 months. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Craig Hoffman and his assistant Sonia work together as a team. Any fear or anxiety you have about having a procedure done by them is not necessary. They have the experience and the ability to provide best of class procedures for best long-term patient outcome.

Today I had the pleasure of getting a root canal by Dr Butler. I have had many throughout my lifetime and have never had as good of an experience than I did today. Minimal discomfort, almost fell asleep during the procedure. Dr Butler and Samantha were delightful, pleasant, and efficient. They will forever be my team
