My family and I had a blast! Roman was a great tour guide, and told great stories. We were there during peak Spring break season, so he kindly let us know the direction to get to the start of our scheduled tour was through the traffic backup, which would eat into our tour time. He professionally inquired if we wanted to stay with the specific tour or if we wanted to reroute and avoid the traffic delay. We let him know what we were looking for scenic tour over a focus on an adrenaline tour, etc., he gave us some options and got us on our way without having to sit in all the traffic. We LOVED it! It rained very briefly and we were provided ponchos, which added an extra layer of comfort to enjoy the tour even more. Gorgeous adventure I'd highly recommend.
We took the Diamondback Gulch tour this morning on our Spring Break trip to Arizona. Joe was our guide, and he did an amazing job. This route was really rough, with some steep descents and climbs, this was no relaxing cruise, and he did a great job making sure we had a great time. You will get dusty/dirty on this ride so don't wear any nice clothes. Joe stopped a lot along the way and told us so many interesting things about Sedona and the surrounding area, and he also took a lot of pictures of us out on the trails.
Our guide was terrific! We had a great time on that bumpy ride. What breathtaking scenery God has provided us with! The whole earth is full of His glory!
We stopped in Sedona for a day to hike and explore another part of AZ. We loved it and ended our day with the sunset cruise through Diamondback Gulch. Let me just tell you, it was so much fun but holy bumps!! It was a rush of adrenaline and adventure. Our daughter was getting motion sick and our driver took her up front and helped distract her with jokes along the way. It was a fun time and will definitely be a great memory from our trip.
We had an awesome trip with our guide Firefox on the Diamondback Gulch tour! it was very bumpy but well worth the beautiful views don't go if you have back issues! guide was wonderful new everything about the area, flora, fauna, history, Etc anything you need or want to know!would definitely go again - so beautiful!
We had a great time on the “A Day in the West Jeep Tour “ . I don’t use Groupons very often but we saved a lot but book your trip a week out or prices jump quickly. We did the Rattlesnake Gulch tour which is one of their more aggressive Jeep tours with lots of steep climbs and descents which the kids love. I would not recommend this specific trip for older people that don’t like to get bounced all over the place. Middle school boys and teenagers love it. Nolan our guide was a hoot, great driver, explained the local history and plant life, and is a Star Wars fan also. The kids spent more time testing his Star Wars knowledge .
We had out of town guests and decided to go on a jeep tour in Sedona. What a fantastic decision! Our guides were Joe and Sundance. They were both amazing! They had so much knowledge and shared interesting history and geological facts of the area as well as some of the interesting information about the vortexes around Sedona. The scenery was spectacular and we were lucky enough to book a tour that ended just before sunset so we got some amazing photos! We would definitely recommend A Day in the West and our amazing guides Joe and Sundance!
Took 8am unique soldiers pass scenic tour, our tour guide Buck was very informative and the ride was exciting enough not getting car sick. Fun ride indeed, will come back again.
Our tour guide was Shepherd and he was amazing! Very experienced driver and knew a lot about the area. Had a great sense of humor and definitely put me at ease. We did the Diamondback gulch trip. I would highly recommend and would definitely do it again. Thank you for a GREAT experience!
We booked the 2 Hour tour of the canyon with driver Frey. The sights were amazing, the information was captivating and the ride was unique. Buckle up for a one of a kind tour going all the way to the old “Van Derin” cabin and back again. I would recommend this tour to anyone who can handle a very "Bumpy" ride.
