Attention to detail is very lacking. Over chlorination is "their" key focus. Water checks over the last month show 40-50 percent on a Leslie's double check. Missed main drain basket twice in 6 weeks, after being shown it hadn't been checked in over 2 months. Communication is also very difficult email, text, or phone.

This guy is awful. He doesn't show up when he says he's gonna show up. I hired him in October in December he takes a vacation. He says it's gonna be one week and then he doesn't show up for three weeks but, he bills me the full month. I had bubbles coming out of my water supply. I didn't know why turns out the float level was not adjusted correctly. I had him do a drain and fill said he was gonna show up at 9 AM. He finally showed up at 2 PM after I called him he admitted that he just forgot. I ended up disconnecting the drain pump at 2 o'clock in the morning because it was making a god-awful noise and refilling the pool myself. The pool started with bubbles coming out again because he never turned the pool's water supply back on. doesn't know what he's doing and he doesn't care enough to try to learn.

Don was great as advertised. Had an emergency and he came out the next day. I had already waited a week for someone else who couldn't do the work. He cured my problem and his charge was very reasonable. He'll be my go-to pool guy.
