Very clean nice trails during the cold Weekdays trail to yourself. Dog friendly great morning hike.
Great view from the hawk pointe but otherwise the trails are not well marked or maintained. Would recommend a short stay vs an all day trip.
A few interesting trails I wasn't aware of. Only one seems to be marked though
Very fortunate to have straight access to the woods, "Wildcat Ridge Wildlife Management Area", from my backyard. Rexe the II and I are able to go on daily hikes with her off leash and me not having to worry about most of the time running into another dog or person.
This place is great to hike bike and paddle.
Challenging and long enough with nice trails
Lots to see, old mines, graveyards, Hawk watch is fantastic. Watch out for the bears.
