Story

The beauty and effectiveness of Oriental medicine has become the inspiration of my life. This medicine is centered around the idea of balance; Yin and Yang. This balance of energy in our bodies, minds and spirits determines our overall health. When it is out of balance we see pathology or dis-ease. When balanced we find the ability to live fully, without pain, and to truly enjoy all that is around us. My deep desire is to help you embrace and live life as fully as possible.

My background includes training not only in acupuncture, but in a wide array of Oriental medicine modalities including Shiatsu (Japanese energetic massage), Shonishin (Japanese pediatric- care), nutrition, meditation, and others. I am especially adept to addressing mental health issues and would be happy to talk more about your unique situation.

I deeply believe that true health lies within, and my treatment style reflects this. A treatment of this kind will encompass the whole person, body, mind and spirit as it is not possible to affect one without impacting the others.

Through working with my patients I have seen the impressive results that acupuncture and Oriental medicine can have. I am grateful to be able to share the benefit of my extensive education with you. My degree comes from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine ranked #1 OM graduate degree program in the country in 2016-2017 and many years prior. I am also licensed by the state of Oregon and recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as a diplomat of Acupuncture.

I am currently sharing space with Winding Willow Acupuncture & Wellness located at 1540 Clinton St. in SE Portland, as well as at HealthSource of Canby.
