Excellent experience! I walked in to purchase my next Rolex in October 2022 and was told you can only order them now. Fast forward to January 2023 I get my Rolex. What a lovely experience with this store. I'll be purchasing all my Rolexs from this location moving forward.

Extremely impressed by the William Barthman staff. From start to completion frendly, helpful and knowledgeable a plesure to do business. I now have a watch that is just amazing and I enjoy wearing every day. I look forward to purchasing additional watches from them.

Received a call from Maria the sales representative regarding a couple of watches I had been interested in,she informed me that one of the Rolex’s was available and scheduled an appointment to see the watch. I got a beautiful Rolex watch and Rita was my sales person. Not only my watch was beautiful but she made my experience amazing and easy. She was very pleasant and patient and made getting my first watch super exciting!! Love this store. I really enjoyed shopping in this store. I was greeted with excellent customer service by the team. Eman was the sale associate who assisted during my purchase on a beautiful Rolex and Tudor. She was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and they have gained a customer for life.
