I had the Mohs surgery done on the tip of my nose by a dermatologist. Dr. Numa was there to repair my nose after the Mohs. He is definitely a master at plastic surgery. I was very impressed with his work and he calmed my fears. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain what he needed to do. I saw him a week after the surgery to have the stitches removed and again 6 months later to check the healing process. He was just as comforting on these occasions and told me to call anytime if I had any questions. His Assistant /Office Administrator Corey, is also very accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Numa and his team.
Dr. Numa is one of the best doctors that I have ever met. I came to him for a second opinion for a necessary procedure that had to be done on my forehead, and he was amazing. He listened to me, told me that he would be happy to help me, and I was so pleased with the end results. His attention to detail, his calm and friendly nature immediately put me at ease. He is also a “master” at what he does. I recommend him highly, and am already planning on going back to him again.

The bedside manner and attention to detail that Dr. Numa displays at every visit is unmatched. He always does a great job explaining what the procedure is, what to expect, and how to care for your skin after the treatment. I also love that even though he is one of the busiest plastic surgeons in the greater Boston area, I have never once felt rushed or pressured at an appointment. I am very happy with Dr. Numa. It took me a long time to finally decide to try a treatment to improve my looks. I really like for my face to have a natural expression and it was my main goal. Dr. Numa was highly recommended and he understood my needs and concerns. Excellent facial plastic surgeon so I felt he had thorough knowledge of the face and its muscles and could provide the natural looks I wanted. I do not live in the Boston area but will continue getting my touch ups with him. A friend said to me: " You are looking much more relaxed, whatever you are doing keep it up"! Great location, private, beautiful and IMPECABLE office The staff is very nice.

I cannot thank Dr. Numa and his wonderful staff enough for all they have done for our family. Recently my 2 year old daughter had an accident and unfortunately recieved a large laceration to her forehead. I was beside myself with the thoughts of her having a scar forever. It has only been a few months but I am thankful everyday when I look at her beautiful face. After my experiences I always recommend Dr. Numa to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances. If you are looking for a new doctor in this field I absolutely recommend him.
I am a 17 year old high school senior and going in to my junior year of high school I suffered a traumatic injury to the orbital region of my face under my left eye. I saw two specialists following the incident, the first of which wanted to make three incisions in my face for the surgery which would have left me severely scarred. Dr. Numa was the second, and he understood that a young teenager does not want scars all over their face and also understood that this would not be necessary. He was able to go in through my mouth, doing a remarkable job and leaving me scar-free. He showed me great compassion and care, and has been my guiding inspiration to pursue medicine as I go in to college next year. I hope to one day be able to help someone the way Dr. Numa has helped me. Through his work, my face retains the exact structure it did before my accident and I cannot praise him enough for his expertise as well as his bed side manner.
