William Wayne Housley, Attorney at Law

He is a thief and a coward. Lazy to boot. Whatever reviews you see of this pathetic individual are fake. He will not return calls and will not work at all. Hired him 3 years ago and eventually had to get someone else to handle the case. He refuses to do anything and will not refund money because he is incapable of being a real human being. You are better off doing it yourself. I posted before, but the con artist talked me out of it when I finally ran into the coward at his office. That is how you have to get in contact with him. I plan on making this well known as well. So hopefully nobody else will hire this scumbag.

Please don't ever call this attorney for anything. He is a thief and liar. He was hired in November 2016, for a appeal to the appellate court. Took the money, never would return phone calls, even went to office, secretary said he was there, but snuck out back door. Finally set up appointment to talk with him in May. Said it takes awhile for appellate court. Just looked up case docket , found out he filed 2 extensions without telling us. He filed for 2 extensions and never told us., and now case is about to be dismissed for lack of appeal. Going to contact Mississippi Bar association tomorrow, and try to file a grievance. He doesn't deserve 1 star. He stole our money.

Mr Housley is a man of his word. He got my 2nd offense DUI charges totally dismissed, and I didn't even have to show up to court
