Waited on hold for 12 minutes before disconnecting the call. Don’t bother calling ahead for an inventory check or wasting the drive to here.

Nice store. Always fun things inside. I feel like they're understaffed. If it's not crowded, it's great. Get a few people in the store, and it's hard to get help. They're very nice. There just aren't enough.
