Mary is lovely! Mary helped me find the CORRECT bakery tools for my new bakery business, and is well educated & extremely easy to converse with! She is overall a BEAUTIFUL woman inside and out! The other employees are wonderful as well! I will be back because of this great experience and high quality items
Didn’t have what I wanted in store. Bummer, but I have to say the gentleman who helped me did his absolute best to help me find one. Will definitely come back.
The products they sell are fantastic! Quality and superior products is what they have. The problem I had is the William-Sonoma Website said they had something in store that I wanted to buy “Zwilling J. A. Henckels”. I thought great I’ll go and see how it feels in person. The lady working there said “oh I’ll go grab them for you” comes back with two brands of something else. Needless to say they didn’t have the product I came there for which their website said they have them. She said she couldn’t find them. I ended up buying something else and I spent more money than I intended to. Which for them is a win and for myself it’s a life lesson. Avoid the store and purchase online. Because I know I’ll get what I want.
I bought a set of pots and pans and was told how they were great quality and would last a very long time if I followed direction on how to take care of them…. NOT EVEN close! I took care of them as directed no dishwasher no cooking sprays however I could use any type of utensils and even at that I didn’t use any metal on them. The pans look like I have had them 5 + years all scratched and didn’t hold up at all… I’m completely dissatisfied and when I reached out to to the company they did nothing to help me out with them. William Sonoma said if I could provide my receipt which was 600.00 they would look into it, I explained I couldn’t find the receipt but used their credit card and that was not sufficient fir them. I will be taking the pots to goodwill and will be purchase elsewhere… just know if you have a problem with the product they are not helpful….at all!
Ordered a whole set of Pillivuyt Porcelain Dishes from Williams-Sonoma and many of them appear used, have very noticeable scratches and some are possible 2nds. Found a page that you are suppose to be able to contact customer service and filled that out and never heard back from that. I would not recommend buying from them unless you do it in person and not on line. This set was very expensive and I should not have been sent used/2nds when I ordered new dishes. You can't get any satisfaction when calling either : LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR IT WAS NOT THIS PARTICULAR STORE, I THINK DIFFERENT PIECES WERE SENT FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES BECAUSE THEY CAME A FEW IN A BOX THEN A FEW MORE PIECES A DIFFERENT DAY IN A DIFFERENT BOX ETC. AND THEY WERE ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME
I have been a William Sonoma customer since late 80’s when I still live in San Francisco. Today was a disappointment, I tried to exchange a can opener that’s so defective, of course I don’t have a receipt because I never thought something could go wrong. They ask for the credit card I used, didn’t work. The manager could have been nicer. They can tell the product was hardly used. I told them to check my rewards account, they said that won’t work either. The product actually is a William Sonoma brand! Disgusted by your manager! I don’t have a photo of the item cause I left it at the store.
I can’t leave this store without buying something so that speaks for itself. Or for my lack of self control. Or both.
If you haven't been what are you waiting for. Hopefully we get out of COVID so you can get the full experience. It's a higher end store but worth every penny. But please don't let that stop you! If you want to get just nice house warming gifts, this is the place. If you love to cook this is for you! If you like nice things and the proper tool for kitchen this is for you. If you can't cook this is for you! Friendly staff always never a bad experience. I recommend the mulling spices. The peppermint bark! The gravy! And they have it where you can go online, and order a meal using their products for 4 or 12 people. Whatever you need! Let's go William Sonoma! Like the boss you are!
Staff here were so rude! did not greet me and ignored me as i stood at the cash register. i waited for about 5 minutes as one associate walked around the store and adjusted things. i set my items down, and walked out. i will never shop at this location again.
Very disappointing service and prices are sometimes ridiculously high. Also, I had tried to return a small and unopened, still cap sealed hickory smoked salt in it's original condition. I was met with the snarkiest store associate's attitude and from the day before. Naturally, it wasn't the sales associate fault for hard selling me the wrong item. No one of course takes any responsibility for their actions anymore. Their policy is after the fact. NO RETURNS on any food items printed on the receipt after you've paid of course! You have to dig, look and ask again and again to see this policy that I vehemently disagreed with. Bottom line is they don't care. Not sure I want to patronize a customer unfriendly place like they are for my hard earned money.
