I think this is nice store Chris is a male with nice smile he accepted me as a stranger and art promoter. A broad heart person deserves good reviews. That is why I gave nice for this store—from Jing Zhao an international Shenyun art promoter
This store is now closed. It is not even a pick up store any longer. As you can see on the picture the « Williams-Sonoma » is gone - picture was taken early February 2021
Huge store with a wide selection of quality cooking supplies. Prices are quite expensive and there are no sales, but if you know what you're looking for then this is a good place, exactly like the willams-sonoma you'd expect. Also great for browsing and getting culinary inspirations. It's in a nice neighborhood and location, highly recommend visiting.
I love this store but I went twice recently and I had to leave because they allow too many people inside, very hot door closed and people jammed next to the other. I don't feel comfortable during Covid. Otherwise, staff pretty nice and helpful.
Fast and delicious food served in friendly neighborhood cafe. We had three different dishes and enjoyed all! True taste of Italy with value pricing. Highly recommend!
I'd give it 5 stars if they weren't so limited with product. I get it they can't carry everything but the upper parts space could be a bit less of the table top and more items pushed that direction. Needless to say I still love the hell out of Williams Sonoma. I stop in every other week to see what new kitchen knick knack I probably don't need but end up buying. They do have nice seasonings, sauces and things of that nature which I enjoy. The kitchen utensil options are pretty okay, not as in depth as other locations but it's enough. I just wish their staff was a little more friendlier. because they always seem to be into each others conversations more than asking people if they need help.
Very friendly staff. They are pricey but they have very nice items. I was the last customer in the store, but they let me make my purchase as they were closing at 6.00 and I think it was just about 6.00. I was very lucky. 00
A mediocre Williams and Sonoma experience based on poor customer service at this location. I got the impression that the sales staff was more concerned with talking to their friends on the company phone during check out rather than provide a warm sales experience. Shop online or at another location in the city.
Great great great customer service came in looking for something and they didn’t have it and Lisa took care of me and call another store to see if they had it and to hold it for me. I couldn’t thank Lisa enough she was really helpful and I let her know many times that she’s great.
