Did not hire these guys because they told me not to... Here's why... So, I called to get an idea of the direction I need to go with some family legal matters. My issues cross state lines, and I was directed to deal with that state directly, and advised to hire my attorney there. I was given extremely good info, and even emailed me some more. I definitely felt a sense of someone actually caring about my situation, and a willingness to help. What does this law firm get in return from me? Nothing! Just this review. Who does that anymore? These guys do... Thanks!
If you have a moment, please read this. I feel truly blessed to have found this law group. I am an active-duty military member stationed in RI. I had recently been through a very dramatic and stressful divorce. I had been ordered by the court to use a specific QDRO attorney who was to be neutral for the preparation of my Qualifying Court Order for Division of Military Retired Pay. A few weeks ago, I received the prepared document for my review and approval. I did not have an attorney on retainer, so as I began to review the document it was easy to notice the incredible amount of additional language. Language stating that I would do many things that were never talked about, agreed upon, mediated, nor present in any court order or document. When I called the "neutral" QDRO attorney and asked why this language had been introduced the answer was "Its the way I've always done it." I was in a panic! I immediately googled "Help with a QDRO," and by the grace of God, the Willick Law Group came up as the first site. I am originally from Las Vegas so when I saw the 702 number, I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was such a calming presence. She listened to me patiently and immediately got me in contact with attorney Crane. I submitted all of my documentation and a list of questions. Within a day I had a robust list filled with detailed instructions on how to proceed. I immediately took the recommendations, corrected the document and within hours the "neutral" QDRO attorney and the defense attorney agreed with all changes and didn't offer any objections. I cannot thank the Willick Law Group enough!
I am extremely happy and very fortunate to have found Mr. Richard Crane and his team of professionals at Willick Law Group. I was under a lot of stress about some very threating notices from my ex and her lawyer in regards to military retirement benefits. The were demanding information from me that was not applicable to the decree and refused to answer my basic questions when I tried to help resolve the issue. They had also filed court hearings and I did not know what to do. I did a lot of research and came across The Willick Law Group and specifically Mr. Crane. He is a veteran himself, and extremely knowledgeable about these types of matters. When I called to set up a consultation, they said that Mr. Crane was available right then and put me through. After explaining the situation, Mr. Crane said he would be able to help me and felt that he would have this resolved quite quickly. He also has great relationships with other lawyers in town and new my ex's lawyer very well. Mr. Crane took care of my situation and stayed persistent and aggressive when the other side stalled. Although these types of situations are never fun and cause a lot of stress, Mr. Crane put me at ease and made sure I was taken care of. His team to include Faith and Victoria are so very helpful and responsive to any and all questions or concerns and were always very prompt. They are all very professional and courteous. Thanks again for all the help!
This firm is all about doing what right by their client. I can't even express enough how difficult it is to go through a divorce along the many complexities involved with the legal rights of all parties. It's tough enough as it is to go through the separation of a family but this firm's ethics and moral compass is exemplary. They will definitely have your back - this is a highly intelligent group of professionals whose reputation is at the top of the heap. They make lawyers look great! Following their good advice and direction was key and I put my full faith and trust in them and they did not disappoint. I had a tough battle ahead and they won every single effort on my behalf. This legal team is a tough bunch, unwavering - eloquently - articulated arguments. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants a truly knowledgable team - unbeatable and highly respected by many in the judiciary system.
i usually post reviews without being asked to if a business service exceeds my expectations . In this case it has always been but i wanted to write this review specifically to thank the attorney assigned to my case by the Willick firm Mr Trevor Creel . i have been a client of this firm for about 6 years and was represented by them in many cases , most of which were assigned to Attorney Trevor Creel . my very last case has just been closed and let me assure any reader of this review , the one thing that always impresses me the most for the last 6 years and more in the last representation is how protected i feel having Mr Creel handling all my cases . with all sincerity there is no better feeling than having an attorney who knows so well your case , inside out and all its details and stories and Mr Creel is just that attorney i feel at ease and assured at all times when my case is assigned to him . He is an effective communicator and always at his best .
I've known Mr. Willick for over 20 years as my attorney, mentor, former boss, and now, colleague. I trust him so much, I have used him as an expert witness and would not hesitate to do so in the future. He is tirelessly dedicated to championing the highest standards for Domestic Relations law. I would highly recommend the Willick Law Group.
