Wills Eye Hospital

I just wish they had better accommodations for people in wheelchairs, Inside the exam rooms. Not everyone is able to hop up onto those chairs, but it seems as though the equipment doesn't come low enough for the patients face.

Obviously the only hospital in Philadelphia to treat certain rare eye disorders. However boomer management styles make this place a sensory nightmare for my level one autism. I have to use coping skills every time I go here. It is like stepping back in time. Please modernize.

2nd time I have had appointment scheduled for 9am and they don't call you back for over 4 HOURS. Receptionists are terrible and don't communicate at all. Gross old waiting room with disgusting bathrooms. If I was a doctor here I'd be ashamed of my workplace

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They keep patients in memory for hours. very slow progressing examination procedures. very fake hospital

My experience with their billing office has been absolutely dreadful. Nearly impossible to speak to someone and when I do get someone they can't seem to actually solve any problems. I do not recommend. Very frustrating.
