I did the 6 week challenge offered by WillyB and loved the experienced there. I will highlight some of the key points: 1 Coaches: all of them are superb and have the required knowledge to lead crossfit classes. I admire that they learned my name from the very beginning! 2 Training: Small talk, going through the WOD, 3-10 minute warm-up, 15 - 45 minutes WOD - one or two parts, some coaches do stretching at the end or just recommend doing it individually. They use an app to reserve for classes and you can see the WOD at that day - I loved that option as at the begining I had pain in my back and was able to choose class without deadlifts. 3 Classes: three locations, lot of possibilities, as of now: 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 12pm, 2pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm, 8:30pm, less during weekends but at least 4 options 4 People: very wide range of fitness level but coaches were able to come up with modifications fast and I always found someone I wanted to beat :- 5 Premises: big enough, well equiped, at 2 locations 2 showers but never too busy, reasonably clean
WillyB Crossfit is an amazing space to work out and challenge yourself! The coaches are all incredibly friendly and motivating and understanding, and they will help you reach your goals and push yourself. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to build strength both mentally and physically! and to find a community of motivated people seeking to improve their health. Also, the fact that they have so many locations makes it really easy for anyone to attend classes in the morning, during lunchtime, or after work!
Been coming for over a year and it's been a great experience. Coaches are all amazing, like Alfie and Megan, creating an environment that keeps you coming back no matter how much you hate the workout that day. Have reached all my fitness goals and met some incredible people. It's a great community.
Absolutely amazing amazing gym! The community is fantastic and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive! The kind of place that makes you look forward to working out! I cannot say enough good things about this box. There are multiple locations and a wide variety of classes. The owners are always hosting bbqs and community events. If you are looking for a great place to work out, try WillyB. You’ll be hooked!!!
I SUCCESSFULLY completed the 6 week challenge at WillyB CrossFit. 7% body fat loss 17 lbs in 6 weeks!!! Being a totally new to the CrossFit world, I have not felt more comfortable and guided in a fitness atmosphere. The coaches/staff here take their time to ensure you learn the correct form while reaching your goals. The instructors all have a been wonderfully educated in their craft and they are the dream team. They have a HUGE variety of class times, so you can do this! This location is one of my favorites as it offers showers and the gym itself is very clean and well stocked with an outdoor space to sweat it all out! P.S. They offer a free intro class, go check this box out!
WillyB Crossfit is a great option if you want to get fitter and have fun at the same time. I participated on their 6-week challenge and It has completely changed my mind towards CrossFit. I liked to run before taking the classes. But after the first week I got faster, and I also got more resistance. I could run for longer periods of time. I think the program is perfect for who is ready to start a healthier lifestyle, no matter what is the person’s fitness level. Every class will challenge you, but you’ll start seeing serious changes if you’re constant. The trainers are friendly, enthusiastic and passioned. They will offer you proper guidance during the journey. They’ll be always prepared to help and answer any questions you have, but also they’ll set a strong workout environment. They’ll push you but knowing everyone’s limits. They get to know their apprentices and are committed to their success. All the WillyB CrossFit team will deliver the tools you’ll need to achieve your goals. Even the facilities are clean and well equipped. All the locations have many types of equipment available, and offer all the commodities you need after a tough workout: wipes, showers, lockers, hair bands, towels, etc. All this keeps you going because you’ll see there is no reason to quit!!
I had a great experience at WillyB. Jared is an amazing coach who pushed me to my limits. Stephanie really helped me on my injury and showed me all the fundamentals to get back into my workouts without getting reinjured. I wish they would take more time teaching fundamentals and making sure students master every aspect of CrossFit. The membership price is reasonable they worked with me on pricing. I only gave it 4 stars because of the miscommunication with the cancellation fee which they kept but overall it is a great gym. Hopefully I am able to come back soon.
WillyB is a great community! The locations are convenient and rotating staff through all their boxe is a great way to change up the day to day workout. The coaches are all motivating and knowledgeable about good technique. The community is encouraging and friendly which makes for a comfortable and intense workout.

All the Coaches are exceptional, Motivating, and they're always on top of their Game. They help give you the energy and motivation to complete any task you have ahead of you. WillyB is the Best, Period.
I loved working out at Willy B, I had a park membership for the summer post-quarantine when the club reopened in NYC. They were great at answering all my questions in regards to membership, safety and adapting my workout for an injury. Instructors are professional and push you to work to your max potential as well as knowledgeable.
